【摘要】：目的探討疲勞誘發(fā)試驗(yàn)中肌肉疲勞與疼痛發(fā)生的相關(guān)性。方法 2016年7月至10月,招募21例青年女性健康志愿者進(jìn)行疲勞誘發(fā)試驗(yàn),采集試驗(yàn)前、試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中和試驗(yàn)后表面肌電信號(hào)的均方根(RMS)和中值頻率(MF),采用Borg疲勞量表、疲勞視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分(VAS)評(píng)價(jià)疲勞程度,測(cè)定最大自主收縮力(MVC)、壓力疼痛閾值(PPT)等數(shù)據(jù)。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)后是否誘發(fā)疼痛分為兩組,比較試驗(yàn)前后差值。結(jié)果 Borg疲勞量表評(píng)分、疲勞VAS評(píng)分、MVC、RMS和MF在疲勞誘發(fā)前后有非常高度顯著性差異(Z6.064,P0.001)。兩組間疲勞誘發(fā)試驗(yàn)前各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)無(wú)顯著性差異,試驗(yàn)前后VAS評(píng)分差(t=-4.112,P=0.001)、部分測(cè)試點(diǎn)RMS差(t2.385,P0.05)有顯著性差異;接受者操作特征曲線分析顯示疲勞VAS評(píng)分差預(yù)測(cè)疼痛發(fā)生的最佳臨界點(diǎn)為3.45,敏感性100%,特異性81.8%。結(jié)論疲勞誘發(fā)試驗(yàn)中,疲勞VAS評(píng)分差對(duì)疼痛發(fā)生有一定的預(yù)測(cè)價(jià)值;RMS差與疼痛發(fā)生存在一定關(guān)聯(lián);未發(fā)現(xiàn)Borg疲勞量表和PPT在預(yù)測(cè)疼痛發(fā)生中的價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between muscle fatigue and pain in fatigue induced test. Methods from July to October 2016, 21 young female healthy volunteers were recruited for fatigue induction test. Before and after the test, the root mean square (RMS) (RMS) and median frequency (MF),) of surface EMG signals were measured by Borg fatigue scale. Fatigue visual analogue score (VAS) was used to evaluate fatigue and (MVC), pressure pain threshold (PPT) was measured. The patients were divided into two groups according to whether the pain was induced after the trial and the difference before and after the trial was compared. Results the scores of Borg fatigue scale, fatigue VAS scale and MF were significantly different before and after fatigue induction (Z6.064 鹵P0.001). There was no significant difference between the two groups before fatigue induction test. Before and after the test, there was a significant difference in VAS score difference (t _ (-4.112) P ~ (0. 001) and RMS difference in some test points (t _ (2.385). The analysis of operating characteristic curve showed that the optimal critical point of fatigue VAS score difference in predicting pain was 3.45, sensitivity was 100 and specificity was 81.8. Conclusion in the fatigue induced test, the difference of fatigue VAS score has a certain predictive value to the occurrence of pain. There is no relationship between Borg fatigue scale and PPT in predicting the occurrence of pain.
