【摘要】：目的探討分層護理管理模式對礦區(qū)醫(yī)院護理質(zhì)量的影響。方法 2015年8月,我院實施分層護理管理模式,將現(xiàn)有人員根據(jù)職稱、學歷、工作年資、工作能力分為5層10級。通過崗位分析,制定崗位職責、崗位工作標準,對各層級護士進行工作質(zhì)量考核獎懲及護士績效工資二次考核分配,完善激勵機制,比較實施前后一年的整體護理質(zhì)量、患者滿意度、護士自我價值評定。結(jié)果實施分層護理管理模式后,護理工作質(zhì)量較實施前顯著提高(P0.05),患者滿意度顯著提高(P0.05),層級管理工作組對護理工作、醫(yī)生對護理工作、護士對護理工作滿意度的評價得分明顯提高(P0.05)。結(jié)論實施分層護理管理模式有利于增強護士責任心和主動服務意識,提高護理質(zhì)量與患者滿意度,樹立礦區(qū)醫(yī)院品牌形象,獲得良好收益。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of stratified nursing management model on nursing quality in mining hospitals. Methods in August 2015, our hospital implemented a hierarchical nursing management model. The existing staff were divided into 5 levels and 10 levels according to their professional titles, academic qualifications, working seniority and working ability. Through the post analysis, the post duty, the post work standard, carries on the work quality examination to each level nurse to examine the reward and punishment and the nurse performance salary secondary examination assignment, consummates the incentive mechanism, compares the whole nursing quality before and after the implementation. Patient satisfaction and self-evaluation of nurses. Results the quality of nursing work was improved significantly (P0.05), patients' satisfaction was significantly improved (P0.05) after the implementation of hierarchical nursing management model. The level of management working group on nursing work, doctors on nursing work, the quality of nursing work was significantly improved (P0.05). The evaluation scores of nurses' satisfaction with nursing work were significantly improved (P0.05). Conclusion the implementation of stratified nursing management model is beneficial to enhance nurses' sense of responsibility and active service, improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction, establish brand image of mining hospital, and obtain good income.
