【摘要】：目的 研究手術前后關愛服務干預對行無痛人流女性圍術期臨床指標、再次妊娠及不良反應風險的影響。方法選擇2014年6月至2015年5月在該院接受無痛人流手術的女性患者360例。用隨機數(shù)表法分為對照組和觀察組,每組各180例,對照組手術前后交代常規(guī)注意事項,觀察組手術前后在此基礎上給予關愛服務。結果 觀察組患者的丙泊酚誘導量、丙泊酚總量、術中出血量、手術時間及術后出血天數(shù)少于對照組(P0.05)。觀察組患者未再次意外妊娠例數(shù)較多,重復流產(chǎn)1次及以上的例數(shù)少于對照組(P0.05)。觀察組患者感染、月經(jīng)不調及心理障礙的發(fā)生率低于對照組(P0.05)。觀察組患者有效避孕措施的落實率高于對照組,安全期、體外射精、緊急避孕藥、未避孕的發(fā)生率低于對照組(P0.05)。結論 無痛人流女性手術前后行關愛服務有利于手術的順利進行,有效避孕措施落實率較好。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the influence of care service intervention before and after operation on the perioperative clinical indexes, repregnancy and adverse reaction risk of women undergoing painless abortion. Methods 360 female patients undergoing painless abortion from June 2014 to May 2015 were selected. The control group and observation group were divided into control group and observation group with 180 cases in each group. The control group was given routine attention before and after operation, and the observation group was given care service before and after operation. Results the amount of propofol induction, the total amount of propofol, the amount of intraoperative bleeding, the time of operation and the days of postoperative bleeding in the observation group were less than those in the control group (P0.05). In the observation group, the number of cases of unintentional pregnancy was more than that of the control group (P0.05), and the number of repeated abortion was less than that of the control group (P0.05). The incidence of infection, irregular menstruation and psychological disorders in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P0.05). The rate of effective contraception in observation group was higher than that in control group, safety period, in vitro ejaculation, emergency contraceptive, uncontraception rate was lower than that in control group (P0.05). Conclusion the care service before and after operation is beneficial to the smooth operation of painless abortion women, and the rate of effective contraception is better.
