【摘要】：正在新生兒重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室(neonatal intensive care unit,NICU),極低出生體重兒每次管飼喂養(yǎng)前常規(guī)性評估胃殘留(gastric residual,GR),胃殘留評估是指評估胃內(nèi)剩余奶量或胃內(nèi)殘留物的性質(zhì)及顏色,可用于確定喂養(yǎng)間隔的時(shí)間~([1-3])。胃殘留評估可以協(xié)助預(yù)防呼吸機(jī)相關(guān)性肺炎(ventilator associated pneumonia,VAP)的發(fā)生,協(xié)助觀察和評估患兒喂養(yǎng)
[Abstract]:In the neonatal intensive care unit (neonatal intensive care Unit), gastric residue (gastric residue), which is used to assess the quality and color of residual milk or residues in the stomach, is evaluated before each tube of very low birth weight infants is fed. It can be used to determine the time of feeding interval ~ (1-3). Gastric residual assessment can help prevent the occurrence of ventilator associated pneumonia (ventilator associated pneumoniae), and help to observe and evaluate the feeding of children.
