IDEAL-IQ技術(shù)對(duì)不同年齡椎體骨髓脂肪含量的定量評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:目的:探討磁共振多點(diǎn)非對(duì)稱回波采集與迭代最小二乘法水脂分離——智能定量技術(shù)(IDEAL-IQ)對(duì)不同年齡椎體骨髓脂肪含量的定量評(píng)價(jià)。方法:對(duì)52例(18~81歲)健康志愿者進(jìn)行腰椎MR檢查,健康志愿者按年齡進(jìn)行分組,將其分為3組,小于40歲組,40~60歲組,大于60歲組。首先常規(guī)掃描矢狀位T2WI、T1WI和橫軸位T2WI序列,常規(guī)掃描結(jié)束后采用IDEAL-IQ序列對(duì)L1~L5椎體水平進(jìn)行掃描,相應(yīng)脂肪分?jǐn)?shù)值(FF值)用GE4.6后處理工作站進(jìn)行測(cè)量。結(jié)果:隨著受試者年齡的增加,椎體內(nèi)骨髓脂肪含量逐漸增加。不同年齡組(小與40歲組、40~60歲組、大于60歲組)的L1至L5椎體骨髓脂肪含量FF值有逐漸增加的趨勢(shì)。40~60歲組、大于60歲組中女性平均椎體骨髓脂肪含量FF值較同年齡組男性平均椎體骨髓脂肪含量高。結(jié)論:磁共振IDEAL-IQ技術(shù)是評(píng)價(jià)椎體骨髓脂肪含量的快速、簡(jiǎn)便的新技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the quantitative evaluation of bone marrow fat content in vertebrae of different ages by multi-point asymmetric echo acquisition and iterative least square separation of water and lipid (IDEAL-IQ). Methods: 52 healthy volunteers (18 ~ 81 years old) were examined by lumbar spinal MRI. The healthy volunteers were divided into 3 groups according to their age. The healthy volunteers were divided into 3 groups: 40 ~ 60 years old group < 40 years old group, > 60 years old group. Firstly, sagittal T _ 2WI _ I T _ 1WI and axial T2WI sequences were scanned routinely. After routine scanning, IDEAL-IQ sequence was used to scan the level of L1~L5 vertebrae, and the corresponding fat fraction (FF) was measured by GE4.6 postprocessing workstation. Results: the bone marrow fat content increased with the age of the subjects. The FF value of bone marrow fat in the L1 to L5 vertebrae of different age groups (40 to 40 years old, > 60 years old) showed a trend of increasing gradually. The mean bone marrow fat content of female was higher than that of male at the same age. Conclusion: magnetic resonance (IDEAL-IQ) technique is a rapid and simple technique for evaluating fat content in bone marrow of vertebral body.
