【摘要】：目的:探討老年慢性病患者家庭照顧者虐待傾向與心理彈性的相關(guān)性,為后續(xù)虐待干預(yù)提供參考。方法:以中文版照顧者虐待老年人評估量表和中文版心理彈性量表為調(diào)查工具,對川渝地區(qū)部分醫(yī)院的402名老年慢性病患者的家庭照顧者進(jìn)行橫斷面調(diào)查,并對結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果:63.70%的老年慢性病患者家庭照顧者存在虐待傾向;照顧者心理彈性得分中位數(shù)為53分,低于國內(nèi)常模(z=-10.106,P=0.000);家庭照顧者虐待傾向在社會人口學(xué)方面的影響因素有:老年慢性病患者性別、文化程度、生活自理能力和照顧者年齡、受教育程度、照顧時長、與老人同住;照顧者虐待傾向得分與心理彈性得分呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.480,P=0.000);在控制人口學(xué)變量的情況下,照顧者心理彈性水平是虐待傾向的影響因素,可獨(dú)立解釋虐待傾向總變異的34.1%,且照顧者心理彈性水平高是虐待傾向的保護(hù)因素。結(jié)論:護(hù)理人員應(yīng)注意激發(fā)老年慢性病患者家庭照顧者個體適應(yīng)良好的心理潛能,提高心理彈性水平,以發(fā)揮心理彈性對虐待老人傾向的保護(hù)作用,從而減少虐待風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between family carers' abuse tendency and psychological elasticity in elderly patients with chronic diseases, and to provide reference for subsequent abuse intervention. Methods: a cross-sectional survey was carried out on 402 family caregivers of elderly patients with chronic diseases in some hospitals in Sichuan and Chongqing using the Chinese version of the elderly abuse Assessment scale and the Chinese version of the scale of Psychoelasticity as the investigation tools. The results were statistically analyzed. Results: 63.70% of the family caregivers of the elderly patients with chronic diseases had a tendency to abuse, and the median score of the caregivers' psychological elasticity was 53 points. The influencing factors of family carers' abuse tendency in social demography are gender, education level, living ability and carer's age, education level, care time, and living with the old people with chronic diseases, which are lower than the domestic norm (zhi-10.106), and the influence factors of family carers' maltreatment tendency in the social demography are: the gender, the education ability and the carer's age of the elderly chronic disease patients; There was a significant negative correlation between the scores of abusive tendency of caregivers and the scores of psychological elasticity (r-0.480 P0. 000), and the level of psychological elasticity of caregivers was the influencing factor of abuse tendency under the condition of controlling demographic variables. 34.1% of the total variation of abuse tendency can be explained independently, and the high level of psychological elasticity of caregivers is the protective factor of abuse tendency. Conclusion: the nursing staff should pay attention to stimulate the family carers of the elderly patients with chronic diseases to adapt to the good psychological potential, improve the level of psychological resilience, in order to play the role of psychological elasticity to protect the tendency of elder abuse, so as to reduce the risk of abuse.
