【摘要】：正護(hù)士規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)是指護(hù)理專業(yè)院校的畢業(yè)生在完成基礎(chǔ)教育后,在醫(yī)院接受規(guī)范的護(hù)理專業(yè)化培訓(xùn)。規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)是幫助年輕護(hù)士成長(zhǎng)的重要手段,也是培養(yǎng)合格護(hù)理人才的重要環(huán)節(jié)~([1])。新畢業(yè)護(hù)士規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)周期為2~3年,以"三基三嚴(yán)"為重點(diǎn),強(qiáng)化理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的能力和基本操作技能,落實(shí)臨床基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理~([2])。通過(guò)加強(qiáng)對(duì)護(hù)理人員的培訓(xùn),不僅能提高護(hù)理人員的綜合素質(zhì),也能提高患者對(duì)醫(yī)院的滿意度~([3])。剛畢業(yè)的護(hù)
