【摘要】：目的建立重慶地區(qū)嬰幼兒和兒童血凝檢查項(xiàng)目的參考區(qū)間,以更好地服務(wù)于臨床。方法采用Sysmex CS5100、Sysmex CSA2000全自動(dòng)血凝分析儀檢測重慶地區(qū)經(jīng)健康篩查的5 119例兒童的凝血酶原時(shí)間(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶時(shí)間(APTT)、血漿纖維蛋白原(FIB)、凝血酶時(shí)間(TT)、血漿D-二聚體(D-D)血凝五項(xiàng)。將所有兒童根據(jù)年齡分為6組:新生兒(0~15d)、新生兒(15d至小于1個(gè)月)、嬰兒(1~7個(gè)月)、幼兒(7個(gè)月至小于3歲)、兒童(3~7歲)、兒童(7~15歲)組,進(jìn)行比較分析。正態(tài)分布的資料按照喁±1.96s確定參考區(qū)間,偏態(tài)分布的資料按照P_(2.5)~P_(97.5)確定參考區(qū)間。結(jié)果本室血凝五項(xiàng)參考區(qū)間,PT:11.1~20.2s(0~15d)、10.7~15.8s(15d至小于1個(gè)月)、9.9~13.5s(1個(gè)月至15歲);APTT:28.8~91.6s(0~15d)、33.3~64.2s(15d至小于1個(gè)月)、24.0~53.2s(1~7個(gè)月)、21.2~39.2s(7個(gè)月至15歲);FIB:1.45~3.52g/L(0~3歲)、1.50~3.52g/L(3~15歲);TT:15.4~26.3s(0~15d)、14.9~21.4s(15d至小于7個(gè)月)、14.7~20.1s(7個(gè)月至小于3歲)、14.9~19.3s(3~15歲);D-D:0.1~5.1mg/L(0~15d)、0.2~2.2mg/L(15d至小于1個(gè)月)、0.1~1.1mg/L(1~7個(gè)月)、0.1~1.4 mg/L(7個(gè)月至小于3歲)、0.1~1.3 mg/L(3~7歲)、0~1.0 mg/L(7~15歲)。結(jié)論初步建立了重慶地區(qū)嬰幼兒和兒童血凝五項(xiàng)(PT、APTT、FIB、TT、D-D)的參考區(qū)間,為該地區(qū)嬰幼兒及兒童相關(guān)疾病的診療提供了更準(zhǔn)確的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish the reference range of hemagglutination examination for infants and children in Chongqing.
