【摘要】：目的分析早期康復(fù)操對腦卒中偏癱患者Barthel指數(shù)、Fuel-Meyer運(yùn)動功能及生存質(zhì)量的影響。方法自貢市第四人民醫(yī)院2014年6月—2016年6月收治的80例腦卒中偏癱患者分為兩組,對照組40例予以常規(guī)治療和康復(fù)護(hù)理,在此基礎(chǔ)上,干預(yù)組40例進(jìn)行早期康復(fù)操訓(xùn)練,比較兩組患者的Barthel指數(shù)、Fuel-Meyer運(yùn)動功能及生存質(zhì)量。結(jié)果兩組患者入院時Barthel指數(shù)、Fuel-Meyer運(yùn)動功能的比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),入院后3個月Barthel指數(shù)、Fuel-Meyer運(yùn)動功能的比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);對照組和干預(yù)組的生活質(zhì)量測定量表簡表(WHOQO-BREF)評分比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在常規(guī)治療和康復(fù)護(hù)理的基礎(chǔ)上,腦卒中偏癱患者進(jìn)行早期康復(fù)操,可有效提高日常生活活動能力和上下肢運(yùn)動功能,改善生存質(zhì)量,值得推廣和運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of early rehabilitation exercise on Barthel index Fuel-Meyer motor function and quality of life in stroke hemiplegic patients. Methods from June 2014 to June 2016, 80 patients with stroke hemiplegia in Zigong fourth people's Hospital were divided into two groups, the control group (40 cases) received routine treatment and rehabilitation nursing, and the intervention group (40 cases) received early rehabilitation exercise training. The Barthel index Fuel-Meyer motor function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results there was no significant difference in Barthel index and Fuel-Meyer motor function between the two groups at admission (P0.05). The Barthel index was compared with Fuel-Meyer motor function 3 months after admission. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the control group and the intervention group of quality of life measurement scale summary table (WHOQO-BREF) score comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion on the basis of routine treatment and rehabilitation nursing, early rehabilitation exercises for stroke hemiplegic patients can effectively improve the activities of daily life and the motor function of upper and lower limbs, and improve the quality of life, which is worth popularizing and applying.
