【摘要】：總結(jié)了采用支氣管熱成形術(shù)來治療6例難治性哮喘患者的護理經(jīng)驗。術(shù)前主要對患者進行心理安慰、用藥指導(dǎo)、評估患者病情、測量生命體征及行咽喉部的局部麻醉;術(shù)中主要監(jiān)測患者生命體征,關(guān)注有無氣道內(nèi)出血、窒息等并發(fā)癥;術(shù)后觀察有無咯血、胸痛等并發(fā)癥,并對患者進行排痰、飲食指導(dǎo),出院隨訪階段給予心理指導(dǎo)、并告知患者可能出現(xiàn)的不良反應(yīng)及應(yīng)對措施和復(fù)診時間;18例次患者均順利完成治療,術(shù)中1例次出現(xiàn)氣道內(nèi)少量出血,順利止血,術(shù)后隨訪中1例次出現(xiàn)上呼吸道感染,已治愈。
[Abstract]:The nursing experience of 6 patients with refractory asthma treated by bronchial thermoplasty was summarized. Preoperative psychological comfort, medication guidance, evaluation of the patient's condition, measurement of vital signs and local anesthesia of pharynx and larynx, intraoperative monitoring of patients' vital signs, attention to airway hemorrhage, asphyxia and other complications; Postoperative observation of hemoptysis, chest pain and other complications, and the patients with sputum, diet guidance, discharged from the follow-up stage to give psychological guidance, The patients were informed of the possible adverse reactions and countermeasures and the time of follow-up. 18 patients were successfully treated, 1 case had a small amount of bleeding in the airway during the operation, and 1 case had an upper respiratory tract infection during the follow-up. Have been cured.
