【摘要】：伴隨"以病人為中心"的護(hù)理人文關(guān)懷模式的不斷深入,護(hù)理人員已經(jīng)認(rèn)識(shí)到人文關(guān)懷對(duì)病人的重要性,但I(xiàn)CU收治的病情危重及易感人群當(dāng)被封閉管理時(shí),護(hù)理人員總是將大部分精力放在病人生命搶救和病情監(jiān)測(cè)上,往往忽略了病人的人文關(guān)懷需求,忽視了病人心理和情緒的變化,對(duì)病人人文關(guān)懷重視不夠。然而融入人文關(guān)懷是ICU護(hù)理發(fā)展的必然選擇,是ICU病人的需求,是ICU護(hù)理發(fā)展的需求,是順應(yīng)醫(yī)療改革發(fā)展的需要,所以研究ICU護(hù)理為什么融入人文關(guān)懷和怎樣融入人文關(guān)懷尤為重要。本研究首先從正反兩個(gè)方面舉例ICU關(guān)懷案例,然后通過(guò)編制《ICU護(hù)理人文關(guān)懷需求調(diào)查問(wèn)卷》實(shí)驗(yàn)調(diào)查ICU的人文關(guān)懷問(wèn)題,通過(guò)編制《融入人文關(guān)懷的ICU護(hù)理常規(guī)》實(shí)驗(yàn)論證融入人文關(guān)懷護(hù)理常規(guī)的科學(xué)性、可行性及在緩解病人焦慮、提高治療依從、增強(qiáng)家屬滿(mǎn)意等方面的明顯有效性。通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷發(fā)現(xiàn)的6個(gè)維度、40個(gè)條目的人文關(guān)懷問(wèn)題分析,研究者認(rèn)為護(hù)理人員人文關(guān)懷品質(zhì)、醫(yī)院管理及人文環(huán)境、護(hù)理操作規(guī)范及程序等是人文關(guān)懷問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的主要原因,研究者認(rèn)為提升護(hù)理人員人文關(guān)懷品質(zhì)、實(shí)施探視、護(hù)患溝通、監(jiān)護(hù)環(huán)境、心理干預(yù)、基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理等的人文關(guān)懷是解決問(wèn)題的具體對(duì)策。通過(guò)本次研究把ICU護(hù)理如何融入人文關(guān)懷通過(guò)人文關(guān)懷的護(hù)理常規(guī)表達(dá)出來(lái),通過(guò)常規(guī)的實(shí)施,將ICU護(hù)理融入人文關(guān)懷落到實(shí)處,提升護(hù)理人員的人文關(guān)懷品質(zhì),改善護(hù)理人員的人文關(guān)懷行為,科學(xué)、有效地實(shí)施護(hù)理人文關(guān)懷。本次研究的理論意義在于逐步推動(dòng)ICU從剛性護(hù)理走向人文關(guān)懷護(hù)理,由治病走向治病人,突破照搬發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的傳統(tǒng)ICU護(hù)理,研究適合我國(guó)國(guó)情的ICU護(hù)理人文關(guān)懷;實(shí)踐意義在于逐步推動(dòng)ICU護(hù)理人員更新護(hù)理觀念、護(hù)理方法,為病人實(shí)施全過(guò)程、全方位護(hù)理,促進(jìn)ICU護(hù)患關(guān)系和諧穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the "patient-centered" nursing humanistic care model, nursing staff have recognized the importance of humanistic care to patients, but the critical and susceptible population in ICU should be closed. Nursing staff always put most of their energy on patients' life rescue and disease monitoring. They often ignored the humanistic care needs of patients, ignored the changes of patients' psychology and emotion, and did not pay enough attention to the humanistic care of patients. However, the integration of humanistic care is the inevitable choice of ICU nursing development, the demand of ICU patients, the demand of ICU nursing development, and the need to comply with the development of medical reform. Therefore, it is very important to study why ICU nursing should be integrated into humanistic care and how to integrate humanistic care. This study first gives examples from the positive and negative aspects of ICU care cases, and then, through compiling the questionnaire on the needs of Humanistic Care in ICU, an experimental investigation of humanistic care in ICU is carried out. By compiling ICU nursing routine with humanistic care, the experiment proved that it is scientific, feasible and effective in relieving patients' anxiety, improving treatment compliance, enhancing family satisfaction and so on. Based on the analysis of 6 dimensions and 40 items of humanistic care found in the questionnaire, the researchers believe that nursing staff's humanistic care quality, hospital management and humanistic environment, The main causes of humanistic care are nursing operation norms and procedures. Researchers believe that the quality of humanistic care should be improved, visits should be carried out, nurse-patient communication, monitoring environment, psychological intervention, and so on. The humanistic care of basic nursing is the concrete countermeasure to solve the problem. Through this study, how to integrate the nursing care of ICU into humanistic care is expressed through the routine nursing care of humanistic care, and through the routine implementation, the integration of nursing care in ICU can be put into practice, and the quality of humanistic care of nursing staff can be improved. To improve the humanistic care behavior of nursing staff, scientifically and effectively carry out humanistic nursing care. The theoretical significance of this study is to gradually promote ICU from rigid nursing to humanistic care nursing, from treating diseases to treating people, to break through copying the traditional ICU nursing of developed countries, and to study the humanistic care of ICU nursing which is suitable for the situation of our country. The practical significance lies in gradually promoting the nurses in ICU to renew their nursing concepts, nursing methods, carrying out the whole process of nursing for the patients, all-round nursing, and promoting the harmonious and stable nurse-patient relationship in ICU.
