【摘要】：正臨終關(guān)懷在減輕疾病晚期患者疼痛和痛苦等方面的作用已獲得廣泛認(rèn)可~〔1〕,但高質(zhì)量的臨終關(guān)懷需要高質(zhì)量的臨終關(guān)懷人員,迫切需要專業(yè)的臨終關(guān)懷教育和培訓(xùn)。本文對國內(nèi)外的臨終關(guān)懷教育和培訓(xùn)進(jìn)行了梳理和陳述,旨在此基礎(chǔ)上創(chuàng)立適合我國的臨終關(guān)懷教育和培訓(xùn)體系,培養(yǎng)高水平的臨終關(guān)懷專業(yè)人員。1臨終關(guān)懷國內(nèi)外發(fā)展概況臨終關(guān)懷最早起源于西方,1967年由英國的桑德斯創(chuàng)立,1980年以后,這種照護(hù)晚期病人的新理念開始傳播到北美和歐
[Abstract]:The role of positive hospice care in alleviating pain and pain of patients with advanced diseases has been widely recognized. However, high quality hospice care needs high quality hospice care personnel, and urgent need for professional hospice care education and training. In this paper, the education and training of hospice care at home and abroad are combed and stated in order to establish a hospice care education and training system suitable for our country. The development of hospice care at home and abroad originated in the West and was founded by Sanders in Britain in 1967. After 1980, this new concept of care for terminal patients began to spread to North America and Europe.
