【摘要】：目的探討乳腺纖維腺瘤的非典型聲像圖特征并分析誤診原因。方法回顧性分析經(jīng)病理證實(shí)的485例(共493個(gè)病灶)乳腺纖維腺瘤患者的超聲檢查資料,分析其非典型聲像特征,并計(jì)算誤診率;比較具有多種非典型特征與不具有或僅具有單一非典型特征病灶、不同大小病灶及不同病理類型病灶誤診率的差異,并分析誤診原因。結(jié)果超聲正確診斷404個(gè)病灶,其中99個(gè)表現(xiàn)為非典型聲像;誤診89個(gè),均為非典型聲像;具有≥2種非典型特征病灶誤診率高于2種非典型特征病灶(χ~2=256.40,P0.05),最大徑3cm病灶誤診率高于≤3cm病灶(χ~2=6.73,P0.05),復(fù)雜型纖維腺瘤誤診率高于非復(fù)雜型(χ~2=188.01,P0.05)。結(jié)論具有多種非典型聲像特征、體積較大、屬?gòu)?fù)雜型纖維腺瘤的病灶易誤診。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the atypical sonographic features of breast fibroadenoma and to analyze the causes of misdiagnosis. Methods the ultrasonographic data of 485 cases (493 lesions) with breast fibroadenoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively, and the characteristics of atypical sonography were analyzed, and the misdiagnosis rate was calculated. The misdiagnosis rates of various atypical lesions, different size lesions and different pathological types were compared with those with no or only atypical features, and the causes of misdiagnosis were analyzed.
