【摘要】：近年來,隨著人民群眾對(duì)健康需求的日益增長(zhǎng),國(guó)家醫(yī)療資源的供需矛盾仍舊突出,這對(duì)國(guó)家公共醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了更高的要求。除了人員培養(yǎng)、設(shè)備更新外,信息化就成了醫(yī)院不斷提高對(duì)人民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)保護(hù)的重要技術(shù)手段。隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,護(hù)理信息化也在日新月異的更新,從早期的人工護(hù)理,經(jīng)過固定式的護(hù)士站,發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在的移動(dòng)護(hù)理技術(shù)。本文研究的醫(yī)院智能護(hù)理展示系統(tǒng)也是一種輔助護(hù)理人員工作、提高護(hù)理效率的技術(shù)手段。首先,醫(yī)院智能護(hù)理展示系統(tǒng)作為移動(dòng)護(hù)理技術(shù)的一種特殊手段,本文介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外護(hù)理技術(shù)的發(fā)展和研究動(dòng)態(tài),分析了目前移動(dòng)護(hù)理技術(shù)的主要功能,探討了醫(yī)院在護(hù)理建設(shè)過程中存在問題,提出了可切實(shí)幫助醫(yī)護(hù)人員動(dòng)態(tài)全面及時(shí)地掌握患者診療信息,科學(xué)安排和執(zhí)行診療與護(hù)理計(jì)劃,及時(shí)處理各種緊急事件的智能展示系統(tǒng)。其次,本文分析展示系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際需求分析,給出了系統(tǒng)需要實(shí)現(xiàn)的目標(biāo)和需要解決的問題,并采用成熟的分層結(jié)構(gòu)作為主體架構(gòu)對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),將系統(tǒng)分為表現(xiàn)層,應(yīng)用層,組件服務(wù)層和數(shù)據(jù)層。討論了系統(tǒng)中各層的主要功能分配和各層之間接口。在詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)中,本文仔細(xì)描述了系統(tǒng)的功能,詳細(xì)探討了智能護(hù)理展示系統(tǒng)中護(hù)理相關(guān)的功能和需要展示的內(nèi)容,包括日常護(hù)理、智能醫(yī)囑展示與推送、護(hù)理管理、質(zhì)控標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、護(hù)理檢查等功能的設(shè)計(jì)。并探討了在技術(shù)上如何對(duì)功能進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。再次,本文通過詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),智能護(hù)理展示功能進(jìn)行了庫(kù)表設(shè)計(jì)、接口設(shè)計(jì)、流程設(shè)計(jì),詳細(xì)探討了各個(gè)功能的實(shí)現(xiàn),并展示了最后實(shí)現(xiàn)的效果。最后本文還分別利用黑盒測(cè)試法和白盒測(cè)試法對(duì)關(guān)鍵模塊進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。通過實(shí)際使用,醫(yī)院智能護(hù)理信息展示系統(tǒng)能在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)間,利用適當(dāng)?shù)募夹g(shù)和平臺(tái)為一線護(hù)理人員展示恰當(dāng)?shù)男畔?提高了護(hù)理人員的工作效率,并有效減輕護(hù)理人員的工作壓力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing demand of the people for health, the contradiction between supply and demand of national medical resources is still prominent, which puts forward higher requirements for the development of national public health care. In addition to personnel training and equipment updating, informatization has become an important technical means to improve the protection of people's life and property. With the development of information technology, nursing information is changing with each passing day, from early artificial nursing, through the fixed nurse station, to the present mobile nursing technology. The hospital intelligent nursing display system studied in this paper is also a technical means to assist nursing staff and improve nursing efficiency. First of all, as a special means of mobile nursing technology, this paper introduces the development and research trends of nursing technology at home and abroad, and analyzes the main functions of mobile nursing technology. This paper discusses the problems existing in the process of nursing construction in hospital, and puts forward that it can effectively help the medical staff to grasp the patient diagnosis and treatment information in a comprehensive and timely manner, and to arrange and carry out the diagnosis, treatment and nursing plan scientifically. Intelligent display system for handling all kinds of emergencies in time. Secondly, this paper analyzes the actual requirements of the display system, gives the objectives and problems to be solved, and designs the system with a mature layered structure as the main structure, and divides the system into presentation layer and application layer. Component service layer and data layer. The main function distribution and interface between each layer in the system are discussed. In the detailed design, the function of the system is described in detail, and the related functions and contents of nursing in the intelligent nursing display system are discussed in detail, including daily nursing, intelligent doctor's order display and push, nursing management, quality control standard, etc. Design of nursing examination and other functions. It also discusses how to design the function technically. Thirdly, through the detailed design, the intelligent nursing display function has carried on the library table design, the interface design, the flow design, has discussed each function realization in detail, and has demonstrated the final realization effect. Finally, the key modules are tested by black box test method and white box test method respectively. Through practical use, the hospital intelligent nursing information display system can display the appropriate information for the first-line nurses at the right time, using the appropriate technology and platform, and improve the working efficiency of the nurses. And effectively reduce the working pressure of nursing staff.
