【摘要】：目的探究視頻教育對神經(jīng)內(nèi)科住院患者肺部感染的預防效果。方法選取2013年1月-2015年12月于醫(yī)院接受治療的204例神經(jīng)內(nèi)科住院患者為研究對象,按照隨機數(shù)表法平均分成對照組和觀察組,每組各102例;觀察組與對照組分別采用視頻宣教法和傳統(tǒng)的口頭宣講法對患者講述神經(jīng)內(nèi)科肺部感染相關知識及健康指導;收集患者的痰液標本進行病原菌分離及鑒定;對兩組患者肺部感染知識掌握程度、病情改善情況、對護士的滿意程度及感染率進行比較。結(jié)果觀察組與對照組的治療有效率分別為95.10%和89.22%,觀察組患者的病情改善情況明顯優(yōu)于對照組患者;出院時觀察組與對照組患者關于肺部感染相關知識掌握程度的測試分數(shù)分別為(79.54±1.88)分、(65.23±1.45)分,住院天數(shù)分別為(15.45±1.23)d、(20.33±1.65)d;觀察組患者發(fā)生肺部感染2例,感染率為1.96%,對照組患者發(fā)生肺部感染9例,感染率為8.82%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);觀察組患者對護士滿意程度評分為(28.01±0.55)分,對照組為(27.98±0.88)分,兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義;痰培養(yǎng)共分離出病原菌303株,其中革蘭陰性菌198株占65.35%,革蘭陽性菌90株占29.70%,真菌15株占4.95%。結(jié)論視頻教育對于神經(jīng)內(nèi)科住院患者肺部感染的預防效果要優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)的口頭宣講方式,視頻教育有利于神經(jīng)內(nèi)科住院患者肺部感染的預防。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of video education on the prevention of pulmonary infection in inpatients with neurology. Methods 204 inpatients who were treated in hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 102 cases in each group. The observation group and the control group used video education method and traditional oral propaganda method to tell the patients about the knowledge and health guidance of lung infection in neurology department, collected the sputum samples of patients for pathogen isolation and identification. The degree of knowledge of pulmonary infection, the condition of improvement, the degree of satisfaction and the infection rate of nurses were compared between the two groups. Results the effective rates of treatment were 95.10% and 89.22% in the observation group and the control group, respectively. The improvement of the condition of the patients in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group. At the time of discharge, the test scores of knowledge about pulmonary infection in observation group and control group were (79.54 鹵1.88), (65.23 鹵1.45) and (15.45 鹵1.23) d, (20.33 鹵1.65) days, respectively. The infection rate was 1.96, the pulmonary infection rate was 8.82 in the control group (P 0.05), the satisfaction score of the observation group was (28.01 鹵0.55), the control group was (27.98 鹵0.88), there was no significant difference between the two groups. 303 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from sputum culture, of which 198 strains were Gram-negative bacteria (65.35), 90 Gram-positive bacteria (29.70%) and 15 fungi (4.95%). Conclusion the effect of video education on the prevention of pulmonary infection in inpatients with neurology is better than that in the traditional oral presentation. Video education is beneficial to the prevention of pulmonary infection in inpatients with neurology.
