【摘要】：目的探討兒童內(nèi)生軟骨瘤的影像學(xué)特征。方法選取2008~2015年26例診斷為內(nèi)生軟骨瘤患兒的影像學(xué)資料,影像學(xué)分析主要包括:病變的分布、邊緣、基質(zhì)內(nèi)鈣化、骨內(nèi)膜扇貝樣壓跡、骨膜反應(yīng)、磁共振信號特征及骨髓、軟組織水腫情況等。結(jié)果男性12例,女性14例。年齡2~18歲,平均14.2歲。病變單發(fā)18例,多發(fā)8例。26例共51個病灶,其中手指骨病灶占41%(21/51),掌骨占25%(13/51),長骨占28%(14/51),肩胛骨、肋骨、足趾骨各1個,各占2%。平片及計算機體層攝影具有特征性診斷價值的征象有弧形、環(huán)形的軟骨基質(zhì)鈣化約為59%(30/51),膨脹性生長致內(nèi)緣形成扇貝樣壓跡約為75%(38/51)。磁共振成像顯示,病變呈等-稍長T1長T2信號。本組患者未見骨髓及軟組織水腫。結(jié)論內(nèi)生軟骨瘤是兒童常見的良性骨腫瘤,具有特征性影像學(xué)征象,準確診斷對后續(xù)治療具有非常重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the imaging features of endochondroma in children. Methods from 2008 to 2015, 26 cases of endochondroma were studied. The imaging data included the distribution of lesions, margin, calcification in matrix, scallop like indentation, periosteal reaction, MRI signal characteristics and bone marrow. Soft tissue edema, etc. Results there were 12 males and 14 females. The average age was 14.2 years. The lesions were solitary in 18 cases and multiple in 8 cases. There were 51 lesions including 41% (21 / 51) of finger bone, 25% (13 / 51) of metacarpal bone, 28% (14 / 51) of long bone, 1 of scapular bone, 1 of rib bone and 2 of toe bone. The signs of characteristic diagnostic value in plain film and computer tomography are arc. The calcification of circular cartilage matrix is about 59% (30 / 51), and the formation of scallop indentation is about 75% (38 / 51) due to swelling growth. Magnetic resonance imaging showed that the lesion showed iso-long T 1 and long T 2 signal intensity. Bone marrow and soft tissue edema were not found in this group. Conclusion endochondroma is a common benign bone tumor in children.
