攜帶blaKPC基因肺炎克雷伯菌的氨基糖苷類耐藥元件研究

【摘要】:目的調(diào)查寧波兩家醫(yī)院24株攜帶blaKPC基因耐碳青霉烯類抗菌藥物肺炎克雷伯菌(CRKP)的氨基糖苷類耐藥基因和可移動(dòng)遺傳元件遺傳標(biāo)記的存在狀況,并分析其親緣關(guān)系。方法收集兩家醫(yī)院2016年1月-12月分離出的24株攜帶blaKPC基因的CRKP菌,采用聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)(PCR)法檢測氨基糖苷類及可移動(dòng)遺傳元件標(biāo)記基因,將氨基糖苷類耐藥元件檢測結(jié)果作樣本聚類分析。結(jié)果 20株菌rmtB和ant(3")-Ⅰ基因均陽性,1株菌僅rmtB基因陽性,接合性質(zhì)粒標(biāo)記traA、trbC檢出率分別為91.7%和95.8%,插入序列IS26、IS903、ISEcp1檢出率分別為87.5%、91.7%和87.5%,樣本聚類分析顯示菌株分為A與B二群,A群菌株有明顯的聚集性。結(jié)論本組CRKP菌株攜帶氨基糖苷類獲得性耐藥相關(guān)基因?qū)е聦Π被擒疹惪咕幬锬退?指標(biāo)聚類分析提示菌株之間存在克隆傳播。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the presence of aminoglycoside resistant genes and transportable genetic markers of 24 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae (CRKP) carrying blaKPC gene in two hospitals in Ningbo, and to analyze their genetic relationship.
