【摘要】：目的探討健康教育對肝炎患者居家注射干擾素醫(yī)療廢物處置的影響。方法將2013年8月至2015年9月居家注射干擾素的肝炎患者216例按時間段分為兩組,觀察組(108例)把醫(yī)療廢棄物處置相關(guān)內(nèi)容納入教育課堂,通過延續(xù)護理給予干預(yù),采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻、電話督導、定期隨訪、按時復(fù)診的方法了解居家干擾素注射的肝炎患者對醫(yī)療廢物的處置情況,對醫(yī)療廢物危害性和處置方法進行健康教育。對照組(108例)對患者及家屬進行肝炎常識教育、注射知識教育及醫(yī)療廢物知識教育,常規(guī)隨訪。比較兩組對醫(yī)療廢物的危害性認知及處置情況的差異。結(jié)果觀察組對醫(yī)療廢物危害性的知曉率達94.44%、對醫(yī)療廢物處置正確率達91.67%,顯著高于對照組(均P0.01)。結(jié)論健康教育中增加醫(yī)療廢棄物處置相關(guān)內(nèi)容有助于規(guī)范居家注射干擾素患者醫(yī)療廢物的處置行為,減少疾病傳播及環(huán)境的污染。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of health education on the treatment of medical waste with interferon injection in patients with hepatitis. Methods from August 2013 to September 2015, 216 hepatitis patients who were injected with interferon at home were divided into two groups according to the time period. The observation group (108 cases) included the medical waste disposal related contents in the education classroom, and intervened by continuous nursing. The methods of network video, telephone supervision, regular follow-up and timely follow-up were used to understand the treatment of medical waste in hepatitis patients injected with interferon at home, and to carry out health education on the harmfulness and disposal methods of medical waste. The control group (108 cases) received hepatitis education, injection education and medical waste education. To compare the difference of harmfulness cognition and disposal of medical waste between the two groups. Results the awareness of the harm of medical waste in the observation group was 94.444.The correct rate of the treatment of the medical waste was 91.67, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.01). Conclusion adding medical waste disposal in health education is helpful to standardize the disposal behavior of medical waste in patients with interferon injection at home and to reduce disease spread and environmental pollution.
