【摘要】：目的快速、準確評價不同類型蛋白胨支持大腸菌群的生長效果,為優(yōu)化大腸菌群快速生長培養(yǎng)基選擇適宜原材料。方法選擇不同類型的蛋白胨和大腸菌群代表性菌株,應用全自動生長曲線測定儀進行濁度測量,用原材料再配制培養(yǎng)基,通過測定培養(yǎng)基支持大腸菌群的生長能力驗證原材料篩選方法的可靠性。結(jié)果多價蛋白胨支持大腸菌群生長能力較好;大腸菌群快速生長的蛋白胨評估與配制培養(yǎng)基后的實驗結(jié)果一致,即培養(yǎng)24 h后最大A值均為1.18。結(jié)論不同類型蛋白胨支持大腸菌群的生長能力存在差異,生長曲線測定儀可作為培養(yǎng)基原材料選擇的有力工具。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of different peptone on the growth of coliform bacteria, and to select suitable raw materials for optimizing the rapid growth medium of coliform bacteria. Methods different kinds of representative strains of peptone and coliform bacteria were selected. The turbidity was measured by automatic growth curve tester and the medium was prepared with raw materials. The reliability of raw material screening method was verified by measuring the growth ability of coliform bacteria supported by culture medium. Results the growth ability of coliform bacteria supported by polyvalent peptone was good, and the peptone evaluation of coliform group rapid growth was consistent with the experimental results after the preparation of culture medium, that is, the maximum A value of coliform bacteria was 1.18 after 24 h culture. Conclusion the growth ability of coliform bacteria supported by different types of peptone is different, and the growth curve tester can be used as a powerful tool for selecting the raw materials of culture medium.
