【摘要】：目的 探討常規(guī)超聲與超聲彈性成像在乳腺癌腋窩淋巴結(jié)中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法 應(yīng)用常規(guī)超聲及彈性成像技術(shù)對(duì)79例乳腺癌患者的80個(gè)腋窩淋巴結(jié)進(jìn)行檢查,以病理結(jié)果作為對(duì)照并分析。結(jié)果 79例乳腺癌患者的80個(gè)腋窩淋巴結(jié)中60個(gè)惡性、20個(gè)良性。惡性淋巴結(jié)形態(tài)分型以Ⅱ及Ⅲ型為主,血流分型以Ⅲ型為主;彈性評(píng)分以3~4分為主;彈性應(yīng)變率比值的閾值為2.42,常規(guī)超聲診斷淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的敏感性、特異性及準(zhǔn)確性分別為53.3%、95.0%及63.4%,彈性評(píng)分診斷淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的敏感性、特異性及準(zhǔn)確性分別為93.3%、90.0%、及92.5%,彈性應(yīng)變率比值診斷淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的敏感性、特異性及準(zhǔn)確性分別為91.7%、95.0%及91.2%。3種檢查方法診斷結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=31.121,P0.05)。結(jié)論 彈性成像技術(shù)可作為評(píng)估淋巴結(jié)的有效方法,能夠作為鑒別淋巴結(jié)良惡性的較好補(bǔ)充。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of conventional ultrasound and elastography in axillary lymph nodes of breast cancer. Methods 80 axillary lymph nodes of 79 patients with breast cancer were examined by conventional ultrasound and elastic imaging. The pathological results were compared and analyzed. Results among the 80 axillary lymph nodes of 79 patients with breast cancer, 60 were malignant and 20 benign. The morphologic classification of malignant lymph nodes was mainly type 鈪，
