【摘要】：[目的]比較護(hù)患對(duì)肺癌病人出院準(zhǔn)備度評(píng)估的差異性,分析其影響因素。[方法]本研究采用橫斷面調(diào)查研究,應(yīng)用病人基本資料問(wèn)卷和病人出院準(zhǔn)備度量表,對(duì)成都市某三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院212例出院前4h的肺癌病人進(jìn)行調(diào)查,同時(shí)采用護(hù)士出院準(zhǔn)備度評(píng)估量表對(duì)212例肺癌病人的責(zé)任護(hù)士進(jìn)行調(diào)查,對(duì)護(hù)患出院準(zhǔn)備度評(píng)分差異進(jìn)行分析。[結(jié)果]護(hù)患對(duì)肺癌病人出院準(zhǔn)備度評(píng)分總分分別為(173.65±22.64)分、(165.48±29.08)分,護(hù)患對(duì)肺癌病人出院準(zhǔn)備度總分、病人自身狀況和疾病知識(shí)維度評(píng)估差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),多元線性回歸分析得出病人的婚姻狀況(P0.001)、護(hù)士學(xué)歷(P0.001)與職稱(P0.05)對(duì)護(hù)患出院準(zhǔn)備度評(píng)分差異有影響。[結(jié)論]護(hù)患對(duì)肺癌病人出院準(zhǔn)備度評(píng)分均處于中等水平,但存在差異,病人婚姻狀況、護(hù)士學(xué)歷以及護(hù)士職稱是護(hù)患出院準(zhǔn)備度評(píng)估差異的獨(dú)立影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the difference of nurse-patient evaluation of lung cancer patients' discharge readiness and analyze its influencing factors. [methods] A cross-sectional study was conducted to investigate 212 patients with lung cancer 4 hours before discharge from a Grade 3A hospital in Chengdu by using the questionnaire of patients' basic information and the scale of patients' preparation for discharge. At the same time, 212 responsible nurses of lung cancer patients were investigated with the Nurse Readiness Assessment scale, and the differences in the scores of nurse and patient discharge readiness were analyzed. [results] the total scores of nurses and patients with lung cancer were (173.65 鹵22.64) and (165.48 鹵29.08) respectively, and the total scores of nurses and patients with lung cancer were (173.65 鹵22.64) and (165.48 鹵29.08), respectively. There were significant differences in patients' status and disease knowledge dimension (P0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the marital status of patients (P0.001), nurses' education (P0.001) and professional titles (P0.05) had an effect on the scores of patients' discharge readiness. [conclusion] the scores of nurses and patients with lung cancer were all at the middle level, but there were differences. The marital status of patients, the degree of nurse and the professional title of nurses were the independent influencing factors of the difference in the evaluation of nurse and patient discharge readiness.
