【摘要】:目的:了解目前臨床護士信息素質(zhì)水平、主要影響因素、存在問題、產(chǎn)生問題的原因及其信息需求方向,制定符合臨床護士需要的信息素質(zhì)培訓(xùn)方案。方法:(1)文獻研究法:通過查閱著作、期刊、論文集、政策、報告等,分析國內(nèi)外臨床護士信息素質(zhì)方面的研究及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,為本次研究提供依據(jù)。(2)臨床一線人員訪談法:以“臨床護士信息素質(zhì)需求”為訪談主題,按照合理布局知識結(jié)構(gòu),專業(yè)優(yōu)勢互相補充的原則,采用目的抽樣方法,從不同角度與研究方向選擇訪談對象,直到信息飽和。根據(jù)研究需要,本次研究共訪談了18位研究對象,以“面對面深度半結(jié)構(gòu)訪談”的形式開展。訪談對象的選擇標準:(1)本科及以上學(xué)歷,中級及以上職稱;(2)三甲綜合性醫(yī)院承擔臨床工作5年以上或信息管理工作5年及以上;(3)對本次咨詢有比較高的積極主動性,能夠確保訪談的完成;(4)具有嚴謹求實的科學(xué)態(tài)度。(3)問卷調(diào)查法:運用便利抽樣方法從鄭州市三甲綜合醫(yī)院中抽取4家醫(yī)院的320名臨床護士進行《臨床護士信息素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查問卷》和《臨床護士信息需求調(diào)查問卷》調(diào)查。(4)專家小組會議法:運用專家小組會議法,以“臨床護士信息素質(zhì)培訓(xùn)方案”為討論主題,對培訓(xùn)方案開展討論以做修改,使之更適合臨床具體情況。專家納入標準:(1)具有10年以上相關(guān)護理專業(yè)方向工作經(jīng)歷,熟諳本次研究內(nèi)容;(2)具有高級職稱;(3)對本次研究課題具有較高的參與度。本次研究共有14名專家參加小組會議。通過專家小組討論,將一級指標內(nèi)的“護理信息道德”改為“護理信息道德與安全”;將二級指標內(nèi)的“個人護理信息道德”和“社會護理信息道德”合并為“護理信息道德”,并增加二級指標“護理信息安全”;刪除三級指標“熟悉各軟件之間協(xié)作”,將“了解醫(yī)學(xué)信息學(xué)發(fā)展、概念及課程設(shè)置”改為“了解醫(yī)學(xué)信息學(xué)的發(fā)展和概念”,細化“信息活動中的法律知識”的培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容。結(jié)果:應(yīng)用IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0進行數(shù)據(jù)分析,采用一般統(tǒng)計描述、頻數(shù)、單樣本方差分析等方法,檢驗水平α=0.05。1.臨床護士基礎(chǔ)的計算機操作能力平均得分為3.42,護理信息應(yīng)用能力得分3.13。2.年齡、工作年限、是否為帶教老師、是否參加過相關(guān)培訓(xùn)對于臨床護士信息素質(zhì)總分影響具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。3.不同工作年限的臨床護士在護理信息意識維度得分的差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;是否是帶教老師、是否參加過相關(guān)培訓(xùn)對臨床護士在計算機操作能力維度差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;學(xué)歷、所在醫(yī)院類型、是否參加過相關(guān)培訓(xùn)在計算機軟件管理能力維度的差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;臨床護士的年齡、工作年限、職稱在護理信息應(yīng)用能力得分的差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。4.臨床護士信息需求調(diào)查問卷三個維度從低到高依次是:臨床工作系統(tǒng)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)系統(tǒng)、信息獲取能力。在調(diào)查對象中,住院護士工作站培訓(xùn)需求人數(shù)最少,有15人,占5.1%,數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計培訓(xùn)需求人數(shù)最多,有239人,占81.3%。5.通過專家小組會議法構(gòu)建了臨床護士信息素質(zhì)培訓(xùn)綱要,包含一級指標4個,二級指標26個,三級指標62個,具體培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容152項,培訓(xùn)學(xué)時70個學(xué)時,為臨床護士信息素質(zhì)的培訓(xùn)提供了可靠參考依據(jù)。結(jié)論:1.臨床護士信息素質(zhì)水平普遍偏低。臨床護士對基本的計算機操作技能有一定程度掌握,但是信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力比較低,需要通過培訓(xùn),進一步提高。2.學(xué)歷、年齡、工作年限、是否為帶教老師、是否參加過相關(guān)培訓(xùn)對于臨床護士信息素質(zhì)各項能力影響具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。3.臨床護士信息素質(zhì)培訓(xùn)需求,以信息獲取技能培訓(xùn)需求最高,其次是網(wǎng)絡(luò)辦公系統(tǒng)和臨床護理工作系統(tǒng)。4.構(gòu)建的臨床護士信息素質(zhì)培訓(xùn)方案具有一定實用性。其中包含具體培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容152項,培訓(xùn)學(xué)時70個,主要一級指標4個,二級指標26個,三級指標62個,同時還包含培訓(xùn)方案具體實施方案及考核方式。為臨床護士信息素質(zhì)的培訓(xùn)提供了可靠參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the information literacy level of clinical nurses, the main influencing factors, the existing problems, the causes of the problems and the direction of information demand, and to formulate the information quality training programs which meet the needs of clinical nurses. Methods: (1) literature research method: through consulting books, periodicals, papers, policies, reports and so on, the information of clinical nurses at home and abroad is analyzed. The research and development status of quality provide the basis for this study. (2) the interview method of clinical frontline personnel: Taking the "information quality requirement of clinical nurses" as the subject of interview, according to the principle of rational distribution of knowledge structure and the complementary principle of professional advantages, the purpose sampling method is adopted to select the interviewees from different angles and research directions, until the letter is selected. According to the research needs, this study interviewed 18 subjects in the form of "face to face depth and half structure interview".
