【摘要】：目的探討婦產(chǎn)科圍術(shù)期感染的相關(guān)因素,并針對相關(guān)因素提出護理措施。方法回顧性分析2014年1月-2016年12月醫(yī)院收治的1028例婦產(chǎn)科手術(shù)患者臨床資料,分析引起圍術(shù)期感染的因素。結(jié)果 1028例婦產(chǎn)科手術(shù)患者中術(shù)后發(fā)生感染52例,感染率為5.1%,感染部位主要以呼吸道感染23例、泌尿系統(tǒng)感染17例為主,圍術(shù)期感染的常見病原菌為革蘭陰性菌;經(jīng)單因素分析,患者年齡≥60歲、住院時間7d、手術(shù)時間≥2h、手術(shù)類型為急診、并發(fā)基礎(chǔ)疾病、預(yù)防性使用抗菌藥物為婦產(chǎn)科患者圍術(shù)期感染的相關(guān)因素。結(jié)論婦產(chǎn)科圍術(shù)期感染誘發(fā)因素較多,臨床醫(yī)生務(wù)必重視婦產(chǎn)科手術(shù)患者圍術(shù)期感染,針對性地采取護理措施,從而減少感染發(fā)生率保障患者生命安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the related factors of perioperative infection in obstetrics and gynecology, and to put forward nursing measures. Methods the clinical data of 1028 patients undergoing obstetrics and gynecology surgery from January 2014 to December 2016 were analyzed retrospectively and the causes of perioperative infection were analyzed. Results 52 cases of postoperative infection occurred in 1028 patients with gynecology and obstetrics, the infection rate was 5.1. The main sites of infection were respiratory tract infection (23 cases) and urinary tract infection (17 cases). The common pathogens of perioperative infection were Gram-negative bacteria.
