【摘要】：目的探討經兔足背皮內、皮下注射釓雙胺行脊柱旁淋巴干MR成像的可行性。方法選取新西蘭大白兔8只,首先經足背皮內注射釓雙銨(皮內組),間隔3天后再經皮下注射(皮下組),采集冠狀位三維擾相梯度回波序列(fl3dcor)圖像,分別評價腰淋巴干及胸導管的顯示情況。結果皮內組顯示所有兔兩側乆窩淋巴結、髂淋巴結及主動脈下淋巴結明顯強化,強化持續(xù)時間大于30min,最長達90min;6例腰淋巴干全程及乳糜池明顯強化;5例可見部分胸導管強化。皮下組顯示所有兔兩側乆窩淋巴結均明顯強化,但腰淋巴結、腰淋巴干及胸導管未見強化。腰淋巴干及胸導管強化程度總評分皮內組與皮下組差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(t=100.00,P=0.0002)。結論足背皮內注射釓雙胺淋巴管成像能較皮下注射更好地顯示腰干淋巴管。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility of subcutaneous injection of gadolinium diamine in paraspinal lymphoid trunk Mr imaging. Methods eight New Zealand white rabbits were selected. First, gadolinium bisammonium was injected into the dorsum of foot (intradermal group), then subcutaneously injected (subcutaneous group) after 3 days interval. The coronal 3D scrambling phase gradient echo sequence fl3dcorwas collected. To evaluate the display of lumbar lymphatic trunk and thoracic duct respectively. Results in the intradermal group, the bilateral flanking lymph nodes, iliac lymph nodes and subaortic lymph nodes were obviously enhanced, and the enhancement lasted longer than 30 min. The longest time was 90 min in 6 cases of lumbar lymphoid trunk and chylous cistern, and 5 cases showed partial enhancement of thoracic ducts. In the subcutaneous group, all the flanking lymph nodes were obviously enhanced, but the lumbar lymph nodes, trunk of lumbar lymph nodes and thoracic ducts were not enhanced. Total score of Lumbar lymphoid Trunk and Thoracic Catheter Enhancement degree the difference between the intradermal group and the subcutaneous group was statistically significant. Conclusion Intradermal injection of gadolinium diamine lymphatic vessel imaging can better display lumbar lymphatic vessels than subcutaneous injection.
