【摘要】：目的分析急診科感染患者分診誤區(qū)并研究對策。方法選取120例2016年1月至2017年6月我院急診科收治的感染患者,回顧性分析患者臨床資料,包括細(xì)菌學(xué)檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果、年齡、性別、感染時間等,并分析侵入性操作、護(hù)士年資、患者依從性等因素對分診誤區(qū)產(chǎn)生的影響。結(jié)果選取的120例急診科急診感染患者中,病原菌分布以金黃色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、腸球菌屬三種病原菌最為常見,占比分別為36.67%、17.50%、15.00%;急診感染分診誤區(qū)的影響因素有:分診護(hù)士人數(shù)少于5人、疾病本身、隱瞞病史、溝通障礙、急診人數(shù)多于300人、崗位設(shè)置欠缺、護(hù)士年資小于5年。結(jié)論急診科感染患者分診誤區(qū)的影響因素較多,醫(yī)院要針對影響因素加強(qiáng)急診科急診感染患者分診工作,降低分診誤區(qū)發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the misunderstandings of the patients in the emergency department and to study the countermeasures. Methods 120 cases of infection in the emergency department of our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected, and the clinical data of the patients were analyzed retrospectively, including the results of bacteriology test, age, sex, time of infection and so on, and the factors such as invasive operation, nurses' seniority and patient compliance were analyzed. Among the 120 cases of emergency department, the most common pathogenic bacteria were Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and three species of Enterococcus, which were 36.67%, 17.50% and 15%, respectively. The factors affecting the misunderstanding of emergency diagnosis were less than 5 and the disease itself. There are more than 300 people in emergency department and less than 5 years of nurses' seniority. Conclusion there are many factors affecting the misunderstanding of the patients in the emergency department. The hospital should strengthen the diagnosis of emergency department and reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis in emergency department.
