多學(xué)科護(hù)理團(tuán)隊(duì)模式改善住院患者影像檢查體驗(yàn)的成效研究

【摘要】:目的 運(yùn)用多學(xué)科護(hù)理團(tuán)隊(duì)合作模式改善住院患者影像檢查體驗(yàn)。方法 1.由影像科醫(yī)生、技師、護(hù)士組成的培訓(xùn)小組與各臨床護(hù)理組長(zhǎng)(聯(lián)絡(luò)員)組成多學(xué)科護(hù)理團(tuán)隊(duì)。2.影像科培訓(xùn)小組定期對(duì)聯(lián)絡(luò)員進(jìn)行影像檢查相關(guān)知識(shí)培訓(xùn),聯(lián)絡(luò)員以晨交班、科室業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)等方式向本科室臨床護(hù)士宣講,比較臨床護(hù)士培訓(xùn)前、后影像知識(shí)測(cè)試成績(jī)的差異。3.影像科護(hù)士與聯(lián)絡(luò)員合作對(duì)CCTA檢查前準(zhǔn)備進(jìn)行護(hù)理干預(yù),優(yōu)化CCTA檢查流程,評(píng)價(jià)干預(yù)前、后患者檢查前準(zhǔn)備完好率,侯檢時(shí)間,掃描時(shí)間,一次成功率以及受輻射劑量(ED)的差異。結(jié)果 1.培訓(xùn)后臨床護(hù)士影像檢查相關(guān)知識(shí)測(cè)試成績(jī)(73.49±6.69)高于培訓(xùn)前(67.08±7.57),差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);2.通過(guò)多學(xué)科護(hù)理團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)CCTA檢查前準(zhǔn)備進(jìn)行護(hù)理干預(yù),患者檢查前準(zhǔn)備完好率由53.57%提高到82.8%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);侯檢時(shí)間由55.10±22.61 min縮短至40.51±21.64 min,掃描時(shí)間由9.16±1.84 min縮減至7.37±1.66 min,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),一次成功率由77.98%提高至87.90%,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),患者受輻射劑量由8.94±1.73 m Sv減少到6.52±1.51m Sv,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 通過(guò)多學(xué)科護(hù)理團(tuán)隊(duì)合作模式的應(yīng)用,增進(jìn)了臨床護(hù)士對(duì)影像檢查相關(guān)知識(shí)的了解,優(yōu)化了CCTA檢查流程,改善了患者的影像檢查體驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the image examination experience of inpatients by multi-disciplinary nursing team cooperation. Method 1. A multidisciplinary nursing team consisting of imaging doctors, technicians, nurses and clinical nursing team leaders (liaison officers). The imaging training group regularly trained the liaison staff on the knowledge of image examination. The liaison staff preached to the clinical nurses in this department in the form of morning shift and branch business study, and compared the difference of image knowledge test scores before and after the clinical nurse training. 3. The nurses of the imaging department cooperated with the liaison staff to carry out nursing intervention before CCTA examination, optimize the CCTA examination process, evaluate the ready rate, waiting time and scanning time before and after the intervention. The difference of primary success rate and dose of ED2 +. Result 1. The scores of clinical nurses' image examination related knowledge after training were 73.49 鹵6.69 and 67.08 鹵7.57, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Nursing intervention was carried out by multidisciplinary nursing team before CCTA examination. The rate of preparation before examination was increased from 53.57% to 82.8%, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the waiting time was shortened from 55.10 鹵22.61 min to 40.51 鹵21.64 mins, the scanning time was reduced from 9.16 鹵1.84 min to 7.37 鹵1.66 mins, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.055.The success rate was increased from 77.98% to 87.90 min). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the radiation dose was decreased from 8.94 鹵1.73 m Sv to 6.52 鹵1.51m Sv, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the application of multi-disciplinary nursing team cooperation model can improve the clinical nurses' understanding of image examination, optimize the CCTA examination process, and improve the patient's image examination experience.
