【摘要】：目的研究懸浮紅細胞儲存時間對婦科患者輸血不良反應(yīng)的影響。方法選取本院婦科住院輸注懸浮紅細胞的患者,將患者輸注紅細胞儲存時間均≤14 d者納入新鮮組,輸注紅細胞儲存時間均14 d者納入陳舊組,分析2組患者輸血后不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生率及輸血后血液相關(guān)指標(biāo)的差異。結(jié)果陳舊組不良反應(yīng)率(2.45%),新鮮組不良反應(yīng)率(1.32%),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;陳舊組非溶血性發(fā)熱反應(yīng)率(1.42%),新鮮組非溶血性發(fā)熱反應(yīng)率(0.66%),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;陳舊組過敏性輸血反應(yīng)率(1.03%),新鮮組過敏性輸血反應(yīng)率(0.66%),差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。輸血后2組的電解質(zhì)、血凝分析指標(biāo)差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,陳舊組總膽紅素明顯高于新鮮組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論懸浮紅細胞的儲存時間對于婦科患者的輸血不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生有明顯影響:輸入儲存時間長的懸浮紅細胞(14 d)使得患者更容易發(fā)生FNHTR,輸入儲存時間長的懸浮紅細胞(14 d)會增加患者溶血的風(fēng)險并降低紅細胞輸注效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of storage time of suspended red blood cell on adverse reaction of blood transfusion in gynecological patients. Methods the patients with suspended red blood cell transfusion in our hospital were included in the fresh group and the old group in which the storage time of the red blood cell was less than 14 days, and the storage time of the infused red blood cell was 14 days. The incidence of adverse reactions after blood transfusion and the differences of blood related indexes between the two groups were analyzed. Results the adverse reaction rate of the old group was 2.45%, the rate of the fresh group was 1.322.The rate of non-hemolytic fever in the old group was 1.42%, and the rate of non-hemolytic fever reaction in the fresh group was 0.66 (P < 0.05). The anaphylactic blood transfusion reaction rate was 1.03 in the old group and 0.66 in the fresh group. There was no significant difference in electrolytes and hemagglutination between the two groups after blood transfusion. The total bilirubin in the old group was significantly higher than that in the fresh group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion the storage time of suspended red blood cells has a significant effect on the occurrence of adverse reactions of blood transfusion in gynecological patients: the patients are more likely to develop FNHTR, and the patients are more likely to develop FNHTR, and the longer storage time is imported into the suspended red blood cells for 14 days. Cytosol 14 d) increased the risk of hemolysis and reduced the effect of erythrocyte transfusion.
