【摘要】：目的從知識(shí)、信念、行為、環(huán)境4個(gè)維度調(diào)查青少年固定正畸患兒口腔健康自我管理現(xiàn)狀,并分析其影響因素。方法采用根據(jù)青少年固定正畸患兒口腔健康自我管理評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)形成的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,對(duì)上海市的某三級(jí)口腔�？漆t(yī)院口腔正畸科的300例年齡為11~17歲、接受固定正畸治療、已佩戴固定矯治器3個(gè)月以上的青少年患兒進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果患兒口腔健康自我管理知識(shí)得分為(0.99±0.18)分,信念得分為(0.92±0.13)分,行為得分為(1.11±0.21)分,環(huán)境得分為(0.66±0.15)分。不同性別患兒的口腔健康自我管理知識(shí)、信念、行為、環(huán)境的得分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);不同年齡患兒的口腔健康自我管理知識(shí)、信念、行為的得分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);不同正畸時(shí)間患兒的口腔健康自我管理行為得分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。多元線性回歸結(jié)果顯示,性別和年齡是青少年固定正畸患兒口腔健康自我管理現(xiàn)狀的影響因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論青少年固定正畸患兒的口腔健康自我管理現(xiàn)狀有待改善,女性較男性青少年患兒自我管理現(xiàn)狀更好,年齡的增長(zhǎng)并不一定伴隨相應(yīng)的自我管理現(xiàn)狀改善,正畸時(shí)間的長(zhǎng)短對(duì)于口腔健康管理行為影響較大,醫(yī)護(hù)人員應(yīng)根據(jù)口腔健康自我管理現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素進(jìn)行針對(duì)性健康教育和指導(dǎo),從而改善青少年固定正畸患兒的口腔健康自我管理狀況。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of oral health self-management in adolescents with fixed orthodontics from the aspects of knowledge, belief, behavior and environment, and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods A questionnaire based on self-management evaluation index of adolescent fixed orthodontic children was used. 300 cases of orthodontic department in a third level dental hospital in Shanghai were treated with fixed orthodontic treatment. The age of 300 cases was 1117 years old. A survey was conducted among adolescents who had been wearing fixed appliance for more than 3 months. Results the scores of oral health self-management knowledge, belief, behavior and environment were 0.99 鹵0.18, 0.92 鹵0.13), 1.11 鹵0.21) and 0.66 鹵0.15 respectively. The scores of oral health self-management knowledge, belief, behavior and environment of children of different genders were significantly different (P0.01), and the oral health self-management knowledge and beliefs of children of different ages were significantly different. The scores of oral health self-management behavior in children with different orthodontic time were significantly different (P 0.05). The results of multiple linear regression showed that sex and age were the influencing factors of oral health self-management in adolescent fixed orthodontic children (P 0.05). Conclusion the oral health self-management status of adolescent patients with fixed orthodontics needs to be improved. The self-management status of female children is better than that of male adolescent children, and the increase of age may not necessarily be accompanied by the corresponding improvement of self-management status. The length of orthodontic time has a great influence on oral health management behavior. Health education and guidance should be carried out according to the status quo of oral health self-management and its influencing factors. In order to improve the adolescent fixed orthodontic children oral health self-management.
