【摘要】：目的探討進(jìn)食和民族因素對(duì)聲脈沖輻射彈性成像(ARFIE)測(cè)量肝臟實(shí)質(zhì)硬度的影響。方法選取119名健康志愿者按民族(漢族和維吾爾族)分為漢族組(n=70)、維吾爾族組(n=49),通過ARFIE技術(shù)分別測(cè)量其空腹、進(jìn)食后0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0h的肝臟剪切波速度(SWV)并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果漢族組與維吾爾族組間年齡、性別及體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。兩組空腹?fàn)顟B(tài)下SWV值差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組進(jìn)食后0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0h的SWV值差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.001),兩組SWV值隨進(jìn)食后時(shí)間變化趨勢(shì)相似(P0.05),均表現(xiàn)為0.5h顯著增高(與空腹比較,P0.05),1.0h達(dá)峰值(與0.5h比較,P0.05)、1.5h開始下降(與1.0h比較,P0.05),2.0h降至空腹?fàn)顟B(tài)水平(與1.5h比較,P0.05,與空腹?fàn)顟B(tài)比較,P0.05)。結(jié)論進(jìn)食影響ARFIE測(cè)定的肝臟SWV,進(jìn)食2h內(nèi)SWV高于空腹?fàn)顟B(tài),2小時(shí)后降至空腹?fàn)顟B(tài)水平;民族因素在空腹?fàn)顟B(tài)及進(jìn)食后各時(shí)段對(duì)肝臟SMV無影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of food intake and ethnic factors on the measurement of liver parenchyma hardness by acoustic pulse radiometric elastic imaging (ARFIE). Methods 119 healthy volunteers were divided into Han group (Han nationality and Uygur nationality) and Uygur group according to their nationalities. The fasting and hepatic shear wave velocities (SWV) were measured by ARFIE and analyzed statistically. Results there was no significant difference in age, sex and body mass index (BMI) between Han and Uygur groups (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in SWV between the two groups in fasting state (P 0.05). There were significant differences in SWV values between the two groups at 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0 h after eating. The SWV values of the two groups were similar with the time after eating. The SWV values of the two groups showed a significant increase at 0.5 h (compared with the fasting values at 1.0 h and the peak value at 1.5 h (compared with 0.5 h), the SWV values of the two groups began to decrease at 1.5 h (and 1.0 h). Compared with the fasting state, P0.05 was decreased to the fasting state level at 2.0 h (P 0.05 vs 1.5 h, P 0.05% compared with the fasting state). Conclusion the SWV of liver measured by ARFIE in 2 hours was higher than that in fasting state 2 hours later, but the national factors had no effect on liver SMV.
