【摘要】:正瞬時受體電位通道(transient receptor potential,TRP)家族是一類六次跨膜的非選擇性陽離子通道,主要包括TRPC、TRPA、TRPM、TRPV、TRPP和TRPML六個亞家族。近年來越來越多的實驗證據(jù)表明TRP通道是痛覺信息傳遞系統(tǒng)的"前沿哨兵",響應(yīng)細胞及機體內(nèi)外傷害性熱、冷、機械和化學(xué)等刺激,并將其轉(zhuǎn)換為動作電位向脊髓及上位腦中樞傳遞最終產(chǎn)生痛感覺~([1,2])。其中哺乳動物TRPC通道家族的七個成員
[Abstract]:The transient receptor potential (TRPP) family of positive transient receptor channels is a class of six transmembrane nonselective cation channels, including TRPP and TRPML subfamilies. In recent years, more and more experimental evidence has shown that TRP channels are "frontier sentinels" in pain information transmission systems, responding to nociceptive heat, cold, mechanical and chemical stimuli in cells and inside and outside the body.
