【摘要】：肺癌是最常見的惡性腫瘤之一,因其病情較重,治療效果不佳,預(yù)后不良,患者常存在嚴(yán)重的心理痛苦。心理痛苦是由多重因素引起的一種不愉快的情緒體驗,影響著患者的治療依從性及身心癥狀,降低肺癌患者的生命質(zhì)量。本文著重從相關(guān)因素、干預(yù)措施等方面綜述肺癌患者心理痛苦的研究現(xiàn)狀及進(jìn)展。全面檢索分析文獻(xiàn)后發(fā)現(xiàn):吸煙、病程、治療方式、癥狀負(fù)擔(dān)等均可不同程度引起肺癌患者心理痛苦;有效的干預(yù)方式主要有心理社會干預(yù)、藥物干預(yù)及補(bǔ)充替代療法。臨床工作者應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對肺癌患者心理痛苦的關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors. Psychological pain is an unpleasant emotional experience caused by many factors, which affects the patient's compliance and physical and mental symptoms, and reduces the quality of life of lung cancer patients. This article reviews the present situation and progress of psychological pain of lung cancer patients from related factors and intervention measures. It was found that smoking, course of disease, treatment method and symptom burden could cause psychological pain to lung cancer patients in different degrees, and the effective intervention methods included psycho-social intervention, drug intervention and supplementary substitution therapy. Clinical workers should pay more attention to the psychological pain of lung cancer patients.
