【摘要】：急性移植物抗宿主病(aGVHD)是異基因造血干細(xì)胞移植(allo-HSCT)后影響移植總體療效的主要并發(fā)癥之一。目前,aGVHD的診斷主要依靠臨床表現(xiàn)及靶器官組織的活檢。近年來,aGVHD的診斷性生物學(xué)標(biāo)記物成為造血干細(xì)胞移植后相關(guān)并發(fā)癥的研究熱點(diǎn),已發(fā)現(xiàn)多種miRNA、細(xì)胞因子及免疫調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞與aGVHD的早期診斷及預(yù)后相關(guān)。本文從基因水平、蛋白質(zhì)水平及細(xì)胞水平3個(gè)層面對(duì)aGVHD相關(guān)生物學(xué)標(biāo)記物的研究進(jìn)展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Acute graft versus host disease ( aGVHD ) is one of the major complications that affect the overall efficacy of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation . At present , the diagnosis of aGVHD mainly depends on the clinical manifestation and the biopsy of target organ . In recent years , the diagnostic biological marker of aGVHD has been a hot spot for the early diagnosis and prognosis of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation .
