常規(guī)超聲及ABVS對(duì)乳腺結(jié)節(jié)病理結(jié)果對(duì)照研究

【摘要】:目的探討常規(guī)超聲(US)聯(lián)合自動(dòng)乳腺全容積掃描(ABVS)技術(shù)對(duì)乳腺結(jié)節(jié)分類(lèi)診斷的價(jià)值。方法回顧性分析104例(125個(gè)結(jié)節(jié))經(jīng)過(guò)US和ABVS檢查的乳腺結(jié)節(jié)患者。以病理結(jié)果為金標(biāo)準(zhǔn),分析US、US聯(lián)合ABVS對(duì)乳腺結(jié)節(jié)BI-RADS分類(lèi)的靈敏度、特異度、準(zhǔn)確率和診斷價(jià)值。結(jié)果 US對(duì)125個(gè)結(jié)節(jié)BI-RADS分類(lèi)診斷的靈敏度、特異度、準(zhǔn)確率分別為94.2%、75.3%、83.2%;US+ABVS對(duì)125個(gè)結(jié)節(jié)BI-RADS分類(lèi)診斷的靈敏度、特異度、準(zhǔn)確率分別為96.2%、86.3%、90.4%;ROC曲線(xiàn)分析US、US聯(lián)合ABVS對(duì)乳腺結(jié)節(jié)BI-RADS分類(lèi)的曲線(xiàn)下面積(AUC)分別為0.948、0.979;分析US、US+ABVS對(duì)乳腺惡性結(jié)節(jié)BI-RADS分類(lèi)與人乳腺球蛋白(hMAM)表達(dá)水平間存在正相關(guān)(r=0.573,P=0.000;r=0.645,P=0.000)。結(jié)論 US、US聯(lián)合ABVS技術(shù)對(duì)乳腺結(jié)節(jié)具有較高的診斷價(jià)值,US、US聯(lián)合ABVS對(duì)乳腺惡性結(jié)節(jié)BI-RADS分類(lèi)與hMAM呈正相關(guān),因此其可在一定程度上反映乳腺癌細(xì)胞的增殖性和侵襲力。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the diagnostic value of conventional ultrasound (USS) combined with automatic full volume mammary gland scanning (ABVS) in the classification of breast nodules. Methods 104 patients (125 nodules) underwent US and ABVS examination were retrospectively analyzed. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and diagnostic value of USUS combined with ABVS in classification of breast nodule BI-RADS were analyzed. Results the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of US in the diagnosis of 125 nodules by BI-RADS were 94.2and 75.3and 83.2respectively. The area under the curve of USUS combined with ABVS for classification of breast nodule BI-RADS was 0.948 鹵0.979, respectively. There was a positive correlation between USUS ABVS classification of malignant breast nodules BI-RADS and the expression level of human mammary globulin hMAM. There was a positive correlation between USUS ABVS and the expression level of human mammary globulin hMAM. Conclusion USUS combined with ABVS has a high diagnostic value for breast nodules. The classification of BI-RADS in malignant nodules of breast is positively correlated with HMAM, so it can reflect the proliferation and invasiveness of breast cancer cells to some extent.
