【摘要】：目的分析綜合關(guān)懷干預(yù)對(duì)我國(guó)血友病患者生存狀況的影響。方法借鑒世界血友病聯(lián)盟的血友病管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情,對(duì)血友病患者實(shí)施綜合關(guān)懷。在綜合關(guān)懷干預(yù)前后(2004年及2016年)兩次對(duì)北京市常住血友病患者生存狀況進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,2004年首次調(diào)查作為干預(yù)前基線數(shù)據(jù),將基線數(shù)據(jù)與截至2016年接受血友病綜合關(guān)懷2年或以上患者的調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果干預(yù)前調(diào)查患者109例,干預(yù)后調(diào)查患者136例。綜合關(guān)懷干預(yù)中血友病患者開(kāi)展預(yù)防治療39例(28.7%),家庭治療70例(51.5%);在治療及時(shí)性上較基線數(shù)據(jù)顯著提高(P0.01),干預(yù)后患者年平均每月出血次數(shù)得到顯著控制(P0.01)。關(guān)節(jié)功能障礙影響行走顯著下降(P0.01)。結(jié)論綜合關(guān)懷干預(yù)后,逐步開(kāi)展血友病的預(yù)防治療和家庭治療,血友病患者出血控制較好,治療更及時(shí),患者的行走能力提升。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the influence of comprehensive care intervention on the survival status of hemophilia patients in China. Methods based on the experience of hemophilia management in the World hemophilia Union, comprehensive care for hemophilia patients was carried out according to the situation of our country. Before and after the comprehensive care intervention (2004 and 2016), a questionnaire survey was conducted on the survival status of hemophilia patients in Beijing. The first survey in 2004 was used as baseline data before intervention. The baseline data were compared with the results of a survey of patients receiving comprehensive care for hemophilia for 2 years or more up to 2016. Results 109 patients were investigated before intervention and 136 patients were investigated after intervention. In the comprehensive care intervention, 39 patients with hemophilia were treated with prophylaxis, and 70 patients with family treatment were treated with 51.5. The treatment timeliness was significantly higher than that of baseline data, and the average monthly bleeding times of the patients were significantly controlled after intervention. The joint dysfunction had a significant decrease in walking (P 0.01). Conclusion after comprehensive care intervention, hemophilia prevention treatment and family treatment are carried out step by step. Hemophilia patients have better bleeding control, more timely treatment, and better walking ability.
