【摘要】：目的探討急性腦梗死診療技術(shù)規(guī)范化應(yīng)用和醫(yī)療質(zhì)量PDCA循環(huán)管理。方法選取在該院接受治療的急性腦梗死患者120例,隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,每組60例。觀察組患者應(yīng)用腦梗死規(guī)范化診療程序,對(duì)照組患者未應(yīng)用腦梗死規(guī)范化診療程序,比較2組患者治療后的NHISS評(píng)分以及ADL評(píng)分變化情況,將應(yīng)用腦梗死規(guī)范化診療程序治療的60例患者分為A組和B組,每組30例。A組患者給予PDCA循環(huán)管理護(hù)理,B組患者給予常規(guī)護(hù)理,比較2組患者護(hù)理后的SF-36各維度評(píng)分及臨床療效。結(jié)果 2組患者治療前的NIHSS評(píng)分及ADL評(píng)分比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后2組患者的NHISS評(píng)分以及ADL評(píng)分明顯下降,且觀察組低于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。A組患者的心理功能、社會(huì)功能、軀體功能、物質(zhì)生活狀態(tài)及綜合評(píng)分明顯高于B組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);A組患者護(hù)理后的總有效率為96.67%,B組患者護(hù)理的總有效率為66.67%,A組高于B組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論應(yīng)用規(guī)范化診療程序可顯著降低患者的NHISS評(píng)分和ADL評(píng)分,PDCA循環(huán)管理護(hù)理可顯著提高治療效果,且QOL評(píng)分得到顯著改善,值得臨床推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the standardized application of diagnosis and treatment technique and PDCA circulation management of acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with standardized diagnosis and treatment procedure of cerebral infarction, while the patients in the control group were not treated with the standardized diagnosis and treatment procedure of cerebral infarction. The changes of NHISS score and ADL score after treatment were compared between the two groups. 60 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups: group A (n = 30) and group B (n = 30). The patients in group B were given routine nursing with PDCA circulation management nursing. The SF-36 scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups after nursing care. Results there was no significant difference in NIHSS score and ADL score between the two groups before and after treatment, the NHISS score and ADL score of the two groups decreased significantly, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group. The scores of psychological function, social function, somatic function, material life state and comprehensive score of group A were significantly higher than those of group B. The total effective rate of nursing in group A was 96.677.The total effective rate of nursing in group A was higher than that in group B, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the application of standardized diagnosis and treatment procedure can significantly reduce the NHISS score and the ADL score PDCA circulatory management nursing can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, and the QOL score is significantly improved, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
