【摘要】：目的研究臨床護(hù)理路徑(CNP)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理在2型糖尿病健康教育中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選取2014年2月—2017年2月瑞安市人民醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌科進(jìn)行治療的2型糖尿病患者86例納入研究范圍,分為干預(yù)組和對(duì)照組,對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)教育模式,干預(yù)組采用有針對(duì)性的NPC進(jìn)行健康教育,對(duì)患者基本護(hù)理知識(shí)掌握情況、自我管理、心理調(diào)節(jié)方法掌握、基本用藥常識(shí)和血糖監(jiān)測(cè)方法 5個(gè)方面進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查評(píng)分,并收集兩組患者滿意程度、住院時(shí)間和治療花費(fèi)數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果干預(yù)組在基本知識(shí)、基本用藥方法、心理調(diào)節(jié)方法、自我管理能力、血糖監(jiān)測(cè)方法得分較對(duì)照組升高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);干預(yù)組患者滿意度高于對(duì)照組,住院時(shí)間和治療花費(fèi)低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 NPC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理能夠增強(qiáng)2型糖尿病的治療依從性和自我管理能力,健康教育能夠降低住院時(shí)間和治療花費(fèi),提高治療滿意度,應(yīng)在臨床層面得到大力推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of standardized management of clinical nursing pathway CNP in type 2 diabetes health education. Methods from February 2014 to February 2017, 86 patients with type 2 diabetes treated by the Endocrinology Department of Ruian people's Hospital were divided into two groups: intervention group and control group. In the intervention group, health education was carried out with targeted NPC, and questionnaire survey was carried out in five aspects: mastering basic nursing knowledge, self-management, mastery of psychological regulation method, basic medication knowledge and blood glucose monitoring method. Data on satisfaction, length of stay and treatment cost were collected. Results the scores of basic knowledge, basic medication, psychological regulation, self-management and blood glucose monitoring in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the satisfaction degree of the patients in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group. The length of hospitalization and the cost of treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the standardized management of NPC can enhance the treatment compliance and self-management ability of type 2 diabetes mellitus, and health education can reduce the hospitalization time and treatment cost, and improve the treatment satisfaction, which should be popularized in clinical level.
