【摘要】：護理工作負荷的測量是確定護理人力資源配置的重要依據(jù),通過總結(jié)國內(nèi)外護理人員工作負荷的測量方法,分析每種方法具體測量內(nèi)容及其優(yōu)缺點,為科學合理測量護理工作負荷提供參考。
[Abstract]:The measurement of nursing workload is an important basis for determining the allocation of nursing human resources. Through summing up the measuring methods of workload of nursing staff at home and abroad, the contents of each method and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. To provide a reference for scientific and reasonable measurement of nursing workload.
