【摘要】：目的翻譯嬰幼兒先天性心臟病喂養(yǎng)和營養(yǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)篩查工具(Infant FeedingNutrition Checklist For Congenital Heart Disease,IFNC:CHD)并對(duì)其進(jìn)行信效度檢驗(yàn)。方法征得原作者同意后采用翻譯、文化調(diào)適并修訂的中文版IFNC:CHD量表對(duì)168例先天性心臟病患兒進(jìn)行喂養(yǎng)和營養(yǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)篩查,分析量表信效度。結(jié)果中文版IFNC:CHD量表的Cronbach'sα系數(shù)為0.804,2名護(hù)士使用該篩查工具篩查結(jié)果的一致性Kappa系數(shù)為0.812,各條目的內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)為0.80~0.10,量表平均內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)為0.90。各維度與總量表之間的相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.339~0.861(P0.01),各維度之間的相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.198~0.474(P0.01,P0.05)。探索性因子分析提取3個(gè)公因子,累計(jì)方差貢獻(xiàn)率為72.66%。結(jié)論中文版IFNC:CHD量表具有較好的信效度,可作為中國嬰幼兒先天性心臟病喂養(yǎng)和營養(yǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的篩查工具。
[Abstract]:Objective to test the reliability and validity of infantile congenital heart disease feeding and nutrition risk screening tool, IFNC: CHD. Methods with the consent of the original author, the Chinese version of IFNC:CHD scale was used to screen the feeding and nutrition risk of 168 children with congenital heart disease, and the reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed. Results the Cronbach's 偽 coefficient of the Chinese version of the IFNC:CHD scale was 0.804 and the consistency Kappa coefficient of the screening results was 0.812, the content validity index of each item was 0.80 / 0.10, and the average content validity index was 0.90. The correlation coefficient between each dimension and the total scale was 0.339 / 0.861g / P0.01a, and the correlation coefficient between each dimension was 0.19890.474nP0.01/ P0.05a. Three common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 72.66. Conclusion the Chinese version of IFNC:CHD scale has good reliability and validity and can be used as a screening tool for feeding and nutrition risk of Chinese infants with congenital heart disease.
