【摘要】：目的探討健康教育視頻對行TACE肝癌患者的健康教育效果。方法基于患者問題需求設(shè)計制作的TACE健康教育視頻,置入平板電腦如IPAD中讓患者觀看。選擇2014年6月至2016年6月住院行TACE的患者451例,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為觀察組226例和對照組225例,觀察組使用護(hù)士制作的TACE健康課程視頻結(jié)合常規(guī)課程進(jìn)行教育,對照組使用常規(guī)口頭及書面教育,比較兩組患者對TACE術(shù)相關(guān)知識的認(rèn)知度、術(shù)后對治療護(hù)理的依從性、患者的滿意度。結(jié)果觀察組患者對TACE入院教育、圍手術(shù)期教育、出院教育三方面的認(rèn)知度均顯著高于對照組(P0.05);觀察組患者術(shù)后對治療護(hù)理的依從性顯著高于對照組(P0.01);觀察組患者的滿意度顯著高于對照組(P0.01)。結(jié)論健康教育視頻提高了肝癌患者對TACE的認(rèn)知度及術(shù)后自我護(hù)理的依從性,使用視頻形式進(jìn)行健康教育,顯著提高了健康教育效果,同時提高了患者滿意度。值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of health education video on TACE liver cancer patients. Methods the TACE health education video was designed and made based on the patient's problem demand and was placed into a tablet such as IPAD for the patient to watch. 451 patients who were hospitalized with TACE from June 2014 to June 2016 were divided into observation group (226 cases) and control group (225 cases) according to random digital table method. The observation group used TACE health course video made by nurses combined with regular course for education. In the control group, oral and written education were used to compare the knowledge about TACE, the compliance to the treatment and nursing care, and the satisfaction of the patients in the two groups. Results the patients in the observation group received admission education and perioperative education for TACE. The degree of recognition in the three aspects of discharge education was significantly higher than that in the control group, the compliance of the patients in the observation group to the treatment and nursing care was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion the video of health education can improve the recognition of TACE and the compliance of postoperative self-care in patients with liver cancer. The use of video in health education can significantly improve the effect of health education and improve the satisfaction of patients. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
