【摘要】：目的探討PET-CT在診斷巨細胞動脈炎(GCA)中的臨床意義。方法回顧性分析該院收治的4例GCA患者的臨床表現(xiàn)、實驗室器械檢查及PET-CT結(jié)果,并予相關(guān)文獻進行復(fù)習。結(jié)果該院4例及文獻中29例患者年齡都大于50歲;臨床上主要表現(xiàn)為發(fā)熱、體質(zhì)量下降、肌痛等非特異性癥狀;實驗室檢查主要表現(xiàn)為ESR、CRP升高;PET-CT提示主動脈及其一級分支管壁連續(xù)性彌漫性代謝升高;該院4例患者最大攝取標準值(SUVmax)2.5~9.6。結(jié)論 PET-CT對診斷GCA尤其是早期或臨床表現(xiàn)不典型者有一定臨床價值,對病變范圍的確定和療效判斷有一定的意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical significance of PET-CT in the diagnosis of giant cell arteritis. Methods the clinical manifestations, laboratory instruments and PET-CT findings of 4 patients with GCA were retrospectively analyzed. Results the age of 4 patients and 29 patients in the literature were all over 50 years old, the main clinical manifestations were fever, body mass decline, myalgia and other non-specific symptoms. Laboratory examination showed that the elevation of ESR-CRP and PET-CT indicated an increase in continuous diffuse metabolism of aorta and its primary branch wall, and the maximum standard value of SUVmax2.5 ~ 9.6in 4 patients in this hospital. Conclusion PET-CT has a certain clinical value in the diagnosis of GCA, especially in the early or atypical cases, and has certain significance in determining the extent of lesion and judging the curative effect.
