【摘要】：目的探討超聲在乳腺腺樣囊性癌(ACCB)診斷中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法回顧性分析在本院行超聲檢查并經(jīng)病理證實(shí)的9例ACCB患者的超聲聲像圖特征及病理組織學(xué)資料。結(jié)果 9例ACCB病灶均為單發(fā),縱橫比1,7例為類橢圓形,2例呈分葉狀;均表現(xiàn)為邊界欠清晰的囊實(shí)性結(jié)節(jié),其中6例為實(shí)性為主型,病灶最大徑均值1.43cm,3例為囊性為主型,病灶最大徑均值3.17cm;彩色多普勒顯示ACCB血流信號(hào)以Ⅰ~Ⅱ級(jí)為主(8/9),為分布于病灶邊緣并向內(nèi)部走行的條狀血流或病灶實(shí)性成分內(nèi)的點(diǎn)狀血流;病理上6例為篩狀型,3例為實(shí)體型,其中5例行ER、PR、Ki67、Her-2檢測(cè),ER、PR、Her-2均為陰性,1例Ki67為陽性。結(jié)論乳腺單發(fā)的囊實(shí)性結(jié)節(jié),并以實(shí)性為主型多見,伴有自病灶邊緣穿入的條狀血流,可能為ACCB較具特征性的超聲表現(xiàn);本研究ACCB病理上以篩狀型多見,ER、PR、Her-2為三陰性表達(dá)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of adenoid cystic carcinoma of the breast (ACCB). Methods the ultrasonographic features and histopathological data of 9 patients with ACCB confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results the lesions of 9 cases of ACCB were single and 7 cases of aspect ratio were ellipsoid in 2 cases, all of them showed cystic solid nodules with unclear boundary, including 6 cases of solid nodules, and 3 cases of cystic lesions with the mean maximum diameter of 1.43 cm ~ (-1). The mean maximum diameter of the lesion was 3.17 cm, the color Doppler showed that the blood flow signal of ACCB was mainly 鈪，
