【摘要】：目的分析護(hù)理人員HIV職業(yè)暴露后感染情況及部分感染HIV護(hù)理人員情況,為預(yù)防護(hù)理人員發(fā)生HIV感染提供依據(jù)。方法對(duì)某院2004年1月—2015年6月發(fā)生的HIV職業(yè)暴露的護(hù)理人員,及2001年1月—2015年12月在該院住院、門(mén)診咨詢或院外會(huì)診的抗HIV陽(yáng)性的護(hù)理人員及其配偶的HIV感染情況進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 76例護(hù)理人員HIV職業(yè)暴露進(jìn)行規(guī)范化處理及隨訪后均未發(fā)生HIV感染。13例感染HIV的護(hù)理人員中既往可能職業(yè)暴露感染3例,二十世紀(jì)九十年代輸血感染5例,性傳播感染4例(其中男護(hù)士同性性行為感染2例),感染途徑不明1例;發(fā)生二次傳播2例;目前存活9例。感染者多得到有效治療并改為從事后勤工作。結(jié)論護(hù)理人員常發(fā)生HIV職業(yè)暴露,可能職業(yè)暴露感染均發(fā)生在未實(shí)施規(guī)范化管理的情況下,實(shí)施規(guī)范化管理可避免HIV職業(yè)暴露感染的發(fā)生。性傳播(包括男男同性性行為)已成為護(hù)理人員感染HIV的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the infection of HIV after occupational exposure and the condition of partial infection of HIV among nurses so as to provide evidence for the prevention of HIV infection among nurses. Methods Nursing staff exposed to HIV from January 2004 to June 2015 in a hospital and hospitalized in the hospital from January 2001 to December 2015 were analyzed. The HIV infection of HIV positive nurses and their spouses in outpatient consultation or outside consultation were analyzed. Results there were 3 cases of possible occupational exposure to HIV and 5 cases of transfusion infection in 1990's among 76 nurses who had been standardized treatment of HIV occupational exposure and none of them had HIV infection. 13 cases were infected with HIV. There were 4 cases of sexually transmitted infection (including 2 cases of male nurses' same-sex infection, 1 case of unknown route of infection, 2 cases of secondary transmission, 9 cases of survival). Many infected people received effective treatment and instead engaged in logistics work. Conclusion Occupational exposure to HIV often occurs among nurses, and the infection of occupational exposure may occur in the absence of standardized management, and the implementation of standardized management can avoid the occurrence of occupational exposure to HIV. Sexual transmission (including male-male sex) has become an important way for nurses to be infected with HIV.
