【摘要】：總結(jié)60例飛秒激光白內(nèi)障手術(shù)的護(hù)理配合。術(shù)前做好患者的心理護(hù)理,各種特殊儀器調(diào)試和器械的準(zhǔn)備工作,術(shù)中熟悉手術(shù)過程,指導(dǎo)鼓勵患者保持手術(shù)所需要的眼位配合醫(yī)生,密切觀察患者生命體征變化,并注意嚴(yán)格無菌操作及查對制度,60例手術(shù)順利完成,術(shù)后康復(fù)良好。
[Abstract]:To summarize the nursing cooperation of 60 cases of femtosecond laser cataract surgery. To do well the psychological nursing of the patients before operation, the debugging of various special instruments and the preparation of the instruments, to be familiar with the operation process during the operation, to guide and encourage the patients to keep the eye position needed for the operation to cooperate with the doctor, and to closely observe the changes of the vital signs of the patients. The strict aseptic operation and check system were successfully completed in 60 cases, and the postoperative recovery was good.
