【摘要】：目的探討信息化臨床輸血申請單在新常態(tài)下輸血管理中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法回顧性分析16 988份普通臨床輸血申請單和信息化臨床輸血申請單的審核合格率,以及兩者各階段時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 8 616份普通臨床輸血申請單的審核合格率為76.9%,醫(yī)囑到發(fā)送時(shí)間(20±8)min,輸血科收到時(shí)間(90±48)min;8 372份信息化臨床輸血申請單的審核合格率為99.2%,醫(yī)囑到發(fā)送時(shí)間(3±1)min,輸血科收到時(shí)間(2±1)min。結(jié)論信息化臨床輸血申請單更適合臨床醫(yī)生操作并更有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application value of information clinical blood transfusion application in blood transfusion management under the new normal condition. Methods 16 988 clinical blood transfusion application forms and information clinical blood transfusion application forms were retrospectively analyzed. Results the eligible rate of 8 616 general clinical blood transfusion application forms was 76.90.The time of delivery was 20 鹵8 min, the receiving time of transfusion department was 90 鹵48 min, the eligible rate of 8 372 information clinical transfusion application forms was 99.2%, the time to send the doctor's orders was 3 鹵1 min, the time to receive the doctor's orders was 2 鹵1 min. Conclusion the information-based clinical blood transfusion application form is more suitable for clinicians and more effective.
