【摘要】：目的通過文獻(xiàn)計量學(xué)方法分析我國協(xié)同護(hù)理模式(CCM)在慢性病管理中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀及問題。方法以協(xié)同護(hù)理等為主題詞,在相關(guān)期刊論文和萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫檢索CCM應(yīng)用于慢性病管理的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),檢索截止時間為2016年7月10日,對檢出文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行計量分析。結(jié)果共檢索出341篇有效文獻(xiàn),發(fā)文數(shù)量從2010年開始呈上升趨勢;文獻(xiàn)主要來源于江蘇、廣東、山東等地區(qū);基金論文占10.85%,發(fā)表在核心期刊的論文占29.33%,被引頻次超過10次的文獻(xiàn)有19篇;文獻(xiàn)類型主要為試驗(yàn)性研究(58.06%)和類試驗(yàn)研究(34.60%);研究熱點(diǎn)集中在臨床療效、自我護(hù)理能力、生活質(zhì)量、負(fù)性情緒;協(xié)同護(hù)理工作主要由護(hù)士完成,患者及家屬共同參與;評價指標(biāo)以患者功能指標(biāo)和臨床結(jié)局指標(biāo)為主。結(jié)論我國CCM在慢性病管理中的應(yīng)用逐漸受到重視,但其在研究設(shè)計、論文質(zhì)量、多學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)合作和社區(qū)資源利用方面仍有待提高。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the application status and problems of CCM in chronic disease management by bibliometrics. Methods based on the theme words of collaborative nursing, the relevant documents of CCM applied to chronic disease management were searched in Chinese periodical full-text database and Wanfang database. The retrieval deadline was July 10, 2016. Results A total of 341 effective documents were retrieved, and the number of published papers began to increase from 2010, mainly from Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shandong and other regions. The fund papers accounted for 10.85, the papers published in the core journals accounted for 29.33, and there were 19 papers cited more than 10 times; the main types of literature were experimental research (58.06) and experimental research (34.600.The research focus was on clinical efficacy, self-care ability, and quality of life. Negative emotion; the cooperative nursing work is mainly completed by nurses, patients and their families participate together; the evaluation index is patient function index and clinical outcome index. Conclusion the application of CCM in chronic disease management has been paid more and more attention, but it still needs to be improved in the aspects of research and design, paper quality, multidisciplinary teamwork and community resource utilization.
