【摘要】：目的研究靜脈用藥調(diào)配中心(PIVAS)應(yīng)用精細(xì)化管理對(duì)輸液質(zhì)量安全的影響。方法選取2015年1月至2016年4月南陽市第一人民醫(yī)院20個(gè)病區(qū)578張?zhí)幏?隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為觀察組(10個(gè)病區(qū)、處方289張)與對(duì)照組(10個(gè)病區(qū)、處方289張)。對(duì)照組實(shí)施常規(guī)管理,觀察組在常規(guī)管理基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)施精細(xì)化管理;統(tǒng)計(jì)對(duì)比兩組不合理處方檢出率、藥物調(diào)配錯(cuò)誤發(fā)生率、用藥后不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果觀察組不合理處方檢出率為7.96%、藥物調(diào)配錯(cuò)誤發(fā)生率為2.77%、用藥后不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為1.04%,顯著低于對(duì)照組(18.34%、8.30%、5.19%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論靜脈用藥調(diào)配中心應(yīng)用精細(xì)化管理可提高輸液安全質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of fine management on the quality and safety of infusion by intravenous drug dispensing center (PIVASS). Methods from January 2015 to April 2016, 578 prescriptions in 20 wards of Nanyang first people's Hospital were randomly divided into observation group (10 wards, 289 prescriptions) and control group (10 wards, 289 prescriptions). The control group carried out routine management, the observation group implemented fine management on the basis of routine management, and the two groups were statistically compared with each other in terms of the detection rate of irrational prescriptions, the incidence of misallocation of drugs and the incidence of adverse reactions after medication. Results the detection rate of irrational prescriptions was 7.96 in the observation group, the incidence of drug misallocation was 2.77, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 1.044, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (18.348.3030 / 5.19g). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the application of fine management in intravenous drug dispensing center can improve the safety quality of infusion.
