雙歧桿菌對中老年人健康影響的菌種特異性初探

【摘要】:目的初探雙歧桿菌對中老年人健康影響的菌種特異性。方法納入成都地區(qū)148例50~75歲健康中老年人,收集其血液和糞便標(biāo)本,測定血液生化和免疫指標(biāo),使用細菌的16SrRNA基因序列設(shè)計雙歧桿菌屬及種的特異性引物,應(yīng)用實時熒光定量PCR對受試中老年人糞便中的雙歧桿菌屬及其人體最常見的8個菌種進行定性定量分析。結(jié)果受試中老年人糞便中均可檢出雙歧桿菌,菌量約為108個/g濕便,檢出率為100%,且可檢出通常被認為是嬰幼兒腸道內(nèi)的優(yōu)勢雙歧桿菌菌種。相關(guān)性分析結(jié)果顯示,雙歧桿菌屬與尿素氮呈正相關(guān)(r=0.214,P0.05);青春雙歧桿菌和體質(zhì)量指數(shù)呈負相關(guān)(r=-0.311,P0.05),鏈雙歧桿菌與其呈正相關(guān)(r=0.167,P0.05);高密度脂蛋白膽固醇和短雙歧桿菌呈負相關(guān)(r=-0.247,P0.05),與嬰兒雙歧桿菌呈正相關(guān)(r=0.350,P0.05);兩歧雙歧桿菌與免疫球蛋白IgA呈正相關(guān)(r=0.365,P0.05)。結(jié)論腸道雙歧桿菌能菌種特異性地影響機體的生理代謝和免疫機能,保持腸道雙歧桿菌菌種正常的組成可能是減緩高齡引起的免疫衰退、維持中老年人健康的有效方法之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the strain specificity of Bifidobacterium on the health of middle and old people. Methods 148 healthy adults aged 50 to 75 years old in Chengdu were included. Blood and fecal samples were collected, blood biochemical and immune indexes were determined, and specific primers of Bifidobacterium and species were designed using 16SrRNA gene sequence of bacteria. The bifidobacterium and its eight most common strains in feces of middle and old people were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results Bifidobacterium could be detected in feces of middle and old people, the amount of bacteria was about 108 / g wet stool, the detection rate was 100, and it could be found that bifidobacterium was considered to be the dominant strain of bifidobacterium in the intestinal tract of infants and young children. The results of correlation analysis show that Bifidobacterium has positive correlation with urea nitrogen, bifidobacterium is negatively correlated with body mass index (BMI), Streptococcus bifidobacterium is positively correlated with urea nitrogen, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and Bifidobacterium brevis are negatively correlated with Bifidobacterium infantile bifidobacterium. There was a positive correlation between Bifidobacterium bifidobacterium and immunoglobulin IgA. Conclusion Bifidobacterium can specifically affect the physiological metabolism and immune function of the body. Keeping the normal composition of bifidobacterium in the intestinal tract may be one of the effective methods to slow down the immune decline caused by old age and to maintain the health of the middle-aged and the elderly.
