【摘要】：目的探討彩超多普勒超聲在甲狀腺結(jié)節(jié)性質(zhì)診斷及鑒別診斷中的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法收集2015年5月至2016年5月在我院手術(shù)治療的甲狀腺結(jié)節(jié)患者34例,分析其手術(shù)病理結(jié)果及彩色多普勒超聲特征。結(jié)果 34例患者術(shù)后病理結(jié)果顯示良性15例、惡性19例。彩色多普勒超聲對(duì)甲狀腺結(jié)節(jié)良惡性診斷的敏感度為84.21%、特異度為86.67%和準(zhǔn)確性為85.29%。惡性結(jié)節(jié)血流信號(hào)分級(jí)Ⅰ級(jí)2例、Ⅱ級(jí)8例、Ⅲ級(jí)9例,良性結(jié)節(jié)血流信號(hào)分級(jí)0級(jí)2例、Ⅰ級(jí)9例、Ⅱ級(jí)3例、Ⅲ級(jí)1例,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。惡性結(jié)節(jié)PSV及RI高于良性結(jié)節(jié),而EDV低于良性結(jié)節(jié),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論彩色多普勒超聲診斷甲狀腺結(jié)節(jié)性質(zhì)具有較高的敏感性、特異性和準(zhǔn)確性,為臨床治療提供重要信息。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules. Methods 34 cases of thyroid nodule operated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were collected and their pathological results and color Doppler ultrasound features were analyzed. Results the pathological results of 34 cases showed benign in 15 cases and malignant in 19 cases. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules were 84.21%, 86.67% and 85.29%, respectively.
