【摘要】：目的分析輸血量對患者住院時間、費用及出院前結(jié)局的影響,為推行患者血液管理奠定基礎(chǔ)。方法收集本院2016年住院期間進行輸血治療患者數(shù)據(jù)資料,回顧性分析輸血量對住院時間、住院費用及出院前結(jié)局的影響。結(jié)果不同輸血量患者之間的住院總天數(shù)、住院費用及扣除術(shù)前待床日住院天數(shù)(住院天數(shù))差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01),總輸血量與住院總天數(shù)、住院費用、住院天數(shù)存在正相關(guān),相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.317、0.497、0.290(P0.01);與紅細(xì)胞制劑輸注量相比,血漿類制劑輸注量與住院總天數(shù)、住院費用、住院天數(shù)的相關(guān)性更強(P0.05);死亡病例的輸血總量顯著高于好轉(zhuǎn)出院病例輸血總量(P0.01),其血漿和冷沉淀的輸注量也顯著高于好轉(zhuǎn)出院病例(P0.01)。結(jié)論輸血對住院時間、住院費用及患者結(jié)局有影響,血漿類制劑的輸注影響更大。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of blood transfusion volume on hospitalization time, cost and outcome before discharge, so as to lay a foundation for carrying out blood management. Methods data of patients undergoing blood transfusion during hospitalization in 2016 were collected and the effects of blood transfusion volume on hospitalization time, hospitalization cost and outcome before discharge were analyzed retrospectively. Results there were significant differences in total hospitalization days, hospitalization expenses and hospitalization days (hospitalization days) between patients with different blood transfusion volumes. There was a positive correlation between total blood transfusion volume and total hospitalization days, hospital expenses and hospitalization days. The correlation coefficients were 0.317m 0.497U 0.290m P0.01C, compared with erythrocyte preparation infusion, plasma preparation infusion quantity and total hospitalization days, hospitalization expenses, and the correlation coefficient were 0.317m 0.497U 0.290g P0.01g, respectively. The total blood transfusion in the dead cases was significantly higher than that in the improved discharge cases (P 0.01), and the infusion of plasma and cryoprecipitation was significantly higher than that of the improved discharge cases (P 0.01). Conclusion Blood transfusion has an important effect on hospitalization time, hospitalization cost and outcome of patients.
