【摘要】:高強(qiáng)度聚焦超聲(HIFU)作為一種熱消融療法,在治療過程中需有良好的監(jiān)控和實時精確的測溫技術(shù)以保證治療的安全性和有效性。MR溫度成像通過具有溫度敏感的參數(shù)進(jìn)行測溫,如弛豫時間、質(zhì)子共振頻率(PRF)、擴(kuò)散系數(shù)、磁化矢量轉(zhuǎn)移等,無創(chuàng)且無輻射,并可實時三維成像。其中,由于質(zhì)子共振頻率(PRF)對溫度具有良好的線性度,且與組織類型不相關(guān);赑RF的MR溫度成像成為中高場強(qiáng)(≥1T)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用的首選,在低場強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)中也有應(yīng)用。本文對PRF MR溫度成像的基本原理及其在監(jiān)控HIFU治療方面的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
